Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week Giveaway Post + an announcement!

Happy almost-Fall, everybody! Let’s celebrate with Lawn Fawn’s September inspiration week! We will be showcasing Pa-Rum-Pa-Pum-Pum, Ornate Ornaments and Making Frosty Friends! This is our big giveaway post too! Make sure to make it all of the way to the bottom for TWO chances to win ALL THREE of September’s sets!

We usually post some little photo hints, but the sets have already been revealed, so we thought we would post a little video of the trailer for the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer stop motion TV special. This is our favorite Holiday TV special over here at LFHQ! Hehe! Check it out!

Are you ready for the Holidays now or what?! 🙂

Now it’s time for some hellos! That’s right! We have a new fawny girl to welcome to the design team! She is just amazing and we are just beyond thrilled to have her on our team! You guys are going to love her and her cards! Let’s meet her!

Hello! My name is Chari {pronounced like Charlotte, for those of you wondering} and I live in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina with my husband Matt and our little dachshund Penny.  Graduating from NCSU School of Design, I work as an Architect during the day, but still need a creative outlet away from work.  I have been crafting and creating in some form all my life and developed a love for stamps at a very young age.   I like bright and fun design and enjoy sharing them with others.  I continue to learn and grow and be inspired by the amazing paper crafting community.  Besides crafting & architecture I also enjoy art, photography, movies with my hubby, exploring the mountains, spending time with family and friends and traveling when I can.  I am super excited to join the Lawn Fawn team.  I just adore my Lawn Fawn stamps and discovering them is what renewed my passion for stamping after a long break from paper crafting.  Lawn Fawn stamps are fun and have a style all their own, a style that fits me perfectly.  🙂

Make sure to welcome Chari to the fawny family! We are just so excited to have her with us!

Now we have our big giveaway! We are giving away all three September sets to TWO lucky winners!  We will also be giving away a set for commenters on the each of the inspiration posts through the week, too!
We want to make sure you have many opportunities to win the big giveaway, so you have six different types of chances to enter. You can do one, two, three, four, five or all six! (Remember if you do all six that means that you have left six different comments here on the blog!) You are not required to do them all, we just love giving you guys lots of chances to enter! 🙂

  1. Leave a comment. (easy peasy!)
  2. Like us on Facebook (“liking” always makes me want to quote the Sally Field Oscar acceptance speech! haha!) and leave another comment. (If you are already a “liker”, you can leave a comment)
  3. Ask your crafty friends to “like” Lawn Fawn on facebook and leave another comment!
  4. Follow Lawn Fawn on twitter and tweet about our inspiration week and our site or blog address (for example “Did you see @lawnfawn is having an inspiration week with giveaways? Check it out at http://www.lawnfawn.com or http://lawnfawn.blogspot.com”), and leave another comment. (make sure to @lawnfawn so we can see your tweets!)
  5. Follow this blog through the blogger follower or through Google Reader and leave another comment. (If you already follow, you can leave a comment.)
  6. Subscribe to our YouTube channel and leave another comment. (If you already subscribe, you can leave a comment.)

That gives you six possible entries! You have until September 14th at 10:00pm EDT to enter. We will announce the winners here on the blog on September 15th at 12:01am EDT 🙂

Thank you so much for playing along! We can’t wait to start inspiration posts and videos on the 12th at 12:01am EDT! It’s going to be such a blast!

Hello, everyone! Here is a super simple little card using Many Thanks that would be easy to mass produce especially for cute little card sets in different colors. I just love that idea! The popped up bird, gem, rounded corners, and faux stitching add some special touches to an easy-to-make card!

Card stock: Papertrey Ink
Stamps: Lawn Fawn (many thanks)
Ink: Versamagic, ColorBox

Etc: Corner Chomper, white gel pen, gem

Thank you so much for visiting!
