Getting a Little Bat-tea for Halloween with Ivy

Ivy joins us today with some Halloween inspiration! This punny bat design and shaker cards go together quick and easy for last-minute crafting! Or you can file them away to get a jump on next year!

What could be better than a fun and punny card? Sharing it with a fun and pun-loving friend! Ivy used Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper for the scalloped background. Next, she added the Woodland Critter Huggers with the Bat Add-On. She found the sweet little mug in the Winter Add-On set! And finally, she finished the pun using Henry’s ABCs in some sparkly purple cardstock!

Ivy’s edge-to-edge shaker cards are so much fun! They are also so easy to create! She started with a panel of All the Dots paper. Then she used some recycled cello packaging to create a pocket for the shaker bits. She taped three sides to the back and filled it with sparkly sequins and tiny spider die cuts before sealing the last side.

Then she added the Giant Trick or Treat greeting and cute Halloween images from Fangtastic Friends and Spooktacular!

Thank you so much, Ivy for sharing your delightful Halloween designs!

Jessica’s Glow-in-the-Dark Halloween Card

It’s the day before Halloween, and Jessica Spencer has some brilliant, glow-in-the-dark, pumpkin patch inspiration for you!

Jessica created her take on the “great pumpkin” using Pumpkin House! She gave it amazing ink-blended color with Distress Oxide ink. The colors she used are Rusty Hinge, Carved Pumpkin, Aged Mahogany, Forest Moss, Peeled Paint and Twisted Citron. For the background she blended Seedless Preserves, Uncharted Mariner and Black Soot.

And then she added the cute pumpkin patch elements with Happy Howloween, Simply Celebrate Fall and Spooky Fence Border! She finished her amazing design with Henry’s ABCs cut from Pixie Dust Sparkle!

She gave the Nighttime Sky Stencil clouds an eerie glow by mixing Stencil Paste in Pearl, Fairy Dust and Glow-in-the-Dark. It makes a fun feature and adds great texture as well.

I love this amazing card, Jess! Thank you so much for sharing with us today!

Lawn Fawn Video {10.29.22} Christy’s Snowball Fight Scene Card

Happy Saturday! Today Christy joins us to share another fun scene card! This snowy design features Snowball Fight and our new paper collections, Let it Shine Starry Skies and Knit Picky Winter! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Christy used Over the Mountain Borders layered over a Let it Shine Starry Skies foiled pattern to set the scene! Then she arranged the mice with their snowballs for maximum fun! She created a cool effect by coloring the outlined sentiment in a frosty ombré! And finally, she added the cozy knit pattern of the Knit Picky Winter paper to frame the scene.

I just love the blue and green color palette that Christy used! It is so perfect for this chilly winter scene!

Thank you so much for sharing this adorable card inspiration with us, Christy!
