Two Adorable Magic Picture Changer Cards with Karin!

Today we welcome Karin Åkesdotter to the Lawn Fawn blog as another one of our amazing new contributors! She created a pair of Magic Picture Changer cards that are sure to inspire you to look at your stamp sets in a new way!

This lovely design is perfect to send love and congrats for a new baby! Karin used the Hello Baby set for changing pictures and added lots of sweet details with Spring Sprig and a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle!

The greeting is from Wavy Sayings stamped on a Simple Wavy Banner!

For the second card, Karin again created a sweet design using Spring Sprig flowers and a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle and added a Quilted Backdrop as well.

To create the picture Karin used images from Love Letters! This beautiful card is great for sending love any time of year, but keep this design on file for Valentine’s Day and anniversaries!

Thank you so much, Karin, for showing us two lovely ways to add magical pictures to the Magic Picture Changer!

An I Scream, You Scream Shaker Birthday Card with Lynette

Lynette joins us today to share this slice of summer in a birthday card! Her happy design features an adorable ice cream cone from the I Scream, You Scream die set!

Lynette used Watercolor Wishes Lucky Penny paper for the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame and the background for the shaker window! She stamped the cute ice cream truck from Village Shops all over and white-embossed them to create a fun design behind the shaker! For the cute ice cream cone Lynette used Paper Bag, Ground Coffee and White cardstock with Black Licorice for the smiley face! Then she added the sprinkles, cherry and rosy cheeks using Watercolor Wishes 6×6 papers.

Lynette used the birthday greeting, from Village Shops to ground the ice cream cone. The colorful ice cream truck along with sparkly sequins in the shaker add a bit of whimsy to the design!

This is such a happy way to help someone celebrate a birthday! Thank you for inspiring us today, Lynette!

Smooth Sailing with Samantha + Sneak Week Winners!

Happy Monday, friends! We are excited to introduce another new blog contributor today! Say hello to Samantha Casey! Her sweet whimsical style is sure to inspire you! Today she shares an adorable Smooth Sailing design! And of course we have our Sneak Week Giveaway Winners, too!

Samantha started with an Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Backdrop in Fake Tan as the base of this cute design! Then she created a small scene on a Scalloped Circle Stackable cut from Spiffy Speckles 6×6 paper, layered with another Scalloped Circle in Watercolor Wishes 6×6 paper that was cut with a Stitched Simple Wavy Border!

How cute are those striped “sailor” shirts and red scarves on the Say What? Pets! Samantha added those cute details while coloring the images with Copic markers. I love how she popped them up on a Fancy Folded Banner to add fun dimension to her design!

I’m so happy to welcome Samantha C as a regular blog contributor! Thank you so much for sharing this delightful inspiration today!
