Beautiful Back to School Note Card Gift Set with Ivy

Ivy joins us today to share her beautiful teacher gift idea for back to school! She used the lovely Fall Fling paper collection and some favorite die sets to make a thoughtful gift of 4 bar-sized note cards!

Ivy created her Gift Box from Narwhal cardstock and added coordinating papers from Fall Fling to decorate the box top. She used Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames and a cute Outside In Stitched Apple Stackable along with a sweet die cut message from the Gift Box set!

I love how Ivy framed these lovely note cards using the Just Stitching Double Rectangles! The apples look so pretty with the mix of Fall Fling papers and the cute owls and sentiment from So Owlsome finish this cute set of cards!

I love this adorable gift-giving inspiration! Thanks so much for sharing with us today, Ivy!

A Thoughtful Teacher Appreciation Gift by Ivy!

Ivy has created a super adorable and totally thoughtful gift to help you show your kid’s teachers how much you appreciate them!

She started with a Gift Box that she decorated with Spring Fling papers, an Outside In Stitched Apple and an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle!

Then she created 6 apple-shaped notecards to tuck inside the box! She used more Spring Fling papers and the Outside In Stitched Apple Stackables and Stitched Apple Frames to create these sweet cards!

The “just a note” die is found in the Small Stitched Envelope die set, it’s perfect for this sweet set of notecards!

With no stamping and just a few die sets, this would be a fun project to make with your kids! I’m sure their teachers will feel very appreciated!

Thank you so much Ivy for once again inspiring us to share sweet gifts with teachers! This idea is so thoughtful!

Lynette’s Coordinating Ornament and Gift Box Set!

Lynette shares a super fun and clever gift idea today! She created an adorable Oh What Fun ornament for a friend then she put her problem-solving skills to work figuring out how to make it fit in our Gift Box!

This totally charming tree ornament features Oh What Fun, Mini Snowflakes and Forest Border. Lynette used an Outside in Stitched Circle Stackable as the base of the ornament then she added a Stitched Scalloped Circle Frame in Blue Jay cardstock. To finish this cute design, Lynette added a Put a Bow On It bow in Chili Pepper cardstock.

To keep the ornament in place and prevent it from being damaged, Lynette cut a square of thick fun foam and attached it to the bottom of the box. She used non-permanent, removable adhesive on the top of the foam to temporarily secure the ornament in the box. Lynette used the smallest Slide On Over die to cut an opening in each side of the the Gift Box bottom so the ornament could extend beyond the sides of the box! Then to make sure the box top would fit, she trimmed 1/4″ from all the flaps before folding and assembling to top so it won’t hit the ornament inside!

Such a cute way to present an ornament gift!

To decorate the Gift Box, Lynette layered Mermaid cardstock with Really Rainbow Christmas paper for a simple “wrapped” look. Her snowflake gift tag is a Winter Tiny Tag cut from silver glitter cardstock from the Holiday Sparkle pack tied on the package with Peppermint cord! The sweet greeting from Say What? Christmas Critters in stamped on a circle shape from the Large Dotted Circle Stackables set.

Thanks so much, Lynette for sharing your adorable ornament and clever gift packaging idea today!
