Linda‘s card is too cute! I love the custom tone-on-tone background she created with Trim the Tree, and I love the way she added stripes to Winter Owl‘s scarf! Coloring on kraft looks so cool!

Lynnette‘s two Peace Joy Love projects are so sweet! I love the idea of creating a sweet Christmas list journal. Milo’s ABCs is perfect for personalizing! And, I love the Peace Joy Love card! A card like this is easy to replicate if you have a lot of holiday cards to make and is so sweet!

Jen‘s card is too clever! I love the snowcones she made for the Yeti, and I love how Milo’s ABCs fits in A Birdie Told Me! ABCs sets are perfect for making super creative cards like this one!

Jenn‘s card is gorgeous! I love how she stamped Winter Gifts on the Peace Joy Love paper and die cut it with Tag, You’re It! This shows that tags are a great way to decorate cards!

Tracy‘s Winter Fox card is so sweet! I love how she added some extra flair with the sequins, and her color scheme is so warm and perfect for Winter!
And now we have a great treat: I convinced Nancy to film a video! She was still too shy to do the voice over (you have to listen to my ramblings again ;)), but I hope if we encourage her we can get her to do another video! 🙂
You can watch the video below or at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Nancy and I do a lot of, what we call, “co-dependent crafting”. We come up with ideas together, and it is so fun! Especially when we are trying to come up with the perfect make and take or retail store sample! This was one of those cards. Do you ever craft with your friends like that? I think it makes crafting even more fun! Thanks for this awesome card and video, Nancy!!
I hope you have enjoyed this fun look at some of our Holiday sets. Tomorrow we have another fun Fawny Holiday celebration!
For now, though, it’s giveaway time! Leave us a comment telling us what made you smile today (reading your awesome favorite Holiday memories made me smile!) by November 15th at 10:00pm EDT, and we will randomly pick one winner for a stamp set of their choice and a Peace Joy Love 6×6 pad! Charlene has created the cutest card with Critters in the Snow! I just love her penguin pyramid, and the cute way she decorated the inside of the card, too! She colored her images with Distress Ink reinkers. Gorgeous!

audrey LF Winter Inspiration
I love how Audrey used the traditional red and green with lots of white for her card! The Making Frosty Friends snowman looks so cute with the green bokeh background, and his scarf is adorable paper pieced!

laurel
Laurel made such a sweet scene with Cozy Christmas! I love that she colored her fireplace a non-traditional color, and the Peace Joy Love plaid makes awesome wallpaper!

Caring Hearts Card Drive Blog Hop + giveaway!

http://lingshappyplace.blogspot.com/2013/10/2013-caring-hearts-card-drive.html

Welcome to the Caring Hearts Card Drive Blog Hop! You should have come from Suzanne’s gorgeous blog, and you can always go here to start at the beginning of the hop, too!

Our sweet friend Vera has put together this card drive to collect holiday cards for the elderly in nursing homes. This is such a wonderful way to bring happiness and cheer, so please make some cards and check out all of the details here!

There will be prizes along this hop so make sure to comment below! There are also great prizes for cards sent in for the drive, too!

I really wanted to make a super cheery card, and what could be happier than a deer in scarf?! Haha! I made his scarf out of felt and held it down with glue dots. I cut a slit in the Into the Woods paper so he could be hiding behind the tree, and of course he needed a bird friend to hang out with! The sentiment is from Winter Gifts, and some Peppermint Lawn Trimmings finished it off!

Don’t forget to get crafty and make some cards for this wonderful cause, and don’t forget to comment below by midnight Tuesday November 12th for a chance to win some great prizes!

A big thank you to Vera for organizing this card drive and this blog hop. You are amazing!

Your next stop is the totally fabulous Latisha!

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,
