A Critter-filled Mother’s Day Card by Mayra!

It’s Mayra‘s turn to inspire us today! She has created the most adorable card for Mother’s Day using Peekaboo Backdrop and a bunch of critter sets!

Mayra used the Peekaboo Backdrop to create sweet critter scenes of mamas and babies! A Elphie Selfie Flip Flop with the little Elphie Selfie elephant in one window, and a Critters in the Jungle leopard with a Say What? Pets kitten in another! She used cute critter moms and babies from Mom + Me along with the sweet sentiment!

When you lift up the flaps you will see the mama critters cuddling their babies using more images from Mom + Me! Such a sweet idea!

Mayra searched her Lawn Fawn sets to find images to fill in these scenes with plants, trees, flowers and butterflies. Be sure to check out the supply list to see what she used; and check the sets in your Lawn Fawn stash for all the little scene building images included in every set!

A Pair of Fun Ocean Shell-fie Cards with Ivy

Happy Saturday Friends! Ivy joins us today to share two super cute and fun Ocean Shell-fie cards!

Ivy combined Shadow Box Card and it’s Ocean Add-On to make this adorable pop-up shadow box! She used Pastel Shimmer Cardstock and vellum to cut the box and the layers of waves.

Ivy added a sentiment from Wavy Sayings on a Simple Wavy Banner that was cut from more pastel shimmer cardstock! All of the cute little Ocean Shell-fie critters are water-colored along with the cloud from All the Clouds!

The Shadow Box Card folds flat to fit in a standard size envelope! It makes it so easy to pop in the mail to brighten someone’s day!

This super cute shaker card features Peekaboo Backdrop and more Ocean Shell-fie and Shadow Box Card Ocean Add-On images! Ivy added acetate behind the Peekaboo Backdrop so she could add the ocean critters in front of the shaker element! Keep scrolling below to find out the secret to this clever design!

This fun shaker card has a cool surprise! The confetti and glitter are suspended in hair gel! Ivy added Chunky Glitter and confetti to a cellophane bag then she squeezed in colorless hair gel and squished it all around to evenly distribute everything. The bag is then wrapped over the background piece and taped securely on the back (Ivy used packing tape). Some of the images are placed on the background behind the shaker element!

Enjoy the Little Things! A Cute Card by Joyce!

We can barely contain our excitement! Spring 2020 Release Week starts this Wednesday with our Big Giveaway Post! And it is a BIG giveaway! We are so happy to share Joyce‘s adorable card that reminds us to enjoy the little things in life! The sentiment is from our Village Shops stamp set!

Joyce used the Peekaboo Backdrop die to create sweet little scenes! She used Screen Time for a movie watching vignette! She combined Rub-A-Dub-Dub with Mermaid for You in a cute bubble bath scene. Then she included a scene with some of my favorite things: getting outdoors, eating an ice cream cone and riding a bike! All good reminders, right?

For the outdoor scene, Joyce combined Bicycle Built for You with cute little images from Butterfly Kisses and Village Shops, along with the rock from Mermaid for You! So much clever scene-building!
