Hello everyone! Welcome to our special inspiration week, “Have a Very Fawny Holiday”! This week is all about getting ideas for the upcoming Holidays! There are design team samples, giveaways and videos! (Make sure to comment for a chance to win a stamp set of your choice and a Snow Day 6×6 pad!)
We will be featuring Lawn Fawn Holiday products this week, both old and new! Woohoo! And, we also have team members from Lawn Fawn Head Quarters (LFHQ) and our friends from Lawnscaping joining us for extra inspiration! I can’t wait to show you all of these gorgeous projects!

    Today one of the teachers I work with copied a math paper done by one of her kiddos that I work with in a support group. He aced it! She wrote a note on it with that said "this is why we do this". It made me smile and felt good to have my work with him be appreciated.

  7. my son snuggling with me on the couch. He likes to look at the cards on your blog too. He also likes coloring some of your stamps. He uses colored pencils, I use copics. He thinks I need to buy the set with the moose.

  8. I smile all day long nowadays, my little munchkin is the centre of attention and my world. I'm so lucky to be able to stay at home with him this precious time. Thank you for all your inspiration, you've outdone yourselves today 🙂

  20. Another amazing collection of creations from the DT. Great fun creation on the video. What made me smile today is it is the last work day for the week. Working in Brisbane means I get a public holiday for the G20. The G20 may not be a reason to smile but a day off always is.

  34. Wonderful projects again today! My daughter made me smile this morning! She didn't remember falling out of bed last night when I got home from work…she had this "I didn't fall out of bed, I don't kow what you're talking about" look on her face!

  46. What made me smile today?! The fact that I told you yesterday in my comment that we haven't had any snow yet and I woke up this morning to a light dusting of snow gently falling to the ground!! LOL!! So yes…it has snowed over my way now!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the inspiration today guys! My favorite is seeing the "Let it Snow" stamp set being used…love that set!! 🙂

    I was going through some papers and found my mom's obituary (she's been gone nearly 7 years). It made me smile because she was an amazing person 🙂

  71. My dog made me smile today…she's just so darn goofy. 🙂 we got her a "coat" bc it'll be so cold the next few days – she looks cute, but when we went on our walk this morning, not five minutes in, she starts rolling around in the ground and that coat is a little wet now.

  73. I have been making decorations and coordinating a wedding for the past several months. Yesterday was the big day! Everything went smoothly and the bride was so radiant. All of that made me smile BIG today!

  76. Waking up this morning, knowing that I had another day with my awesome family and friends…and that today maybe the day of a breakthrough….. and yes smiling and loving all the cards and projects….such amazing people creating for inspiration week 🙂

  79. These are all beautiful but Nadia's card makes my heart sing! Absolutely stunning!!! I know this will sound weird but knowing that my 22 year old cat who passed away last night is free of her pain and is in Heaven playing with her friends made me smile today! I hated that she was hurting and was glad to see her take her final breath as I was holding her in my arms. She went through cancer with me, numerous surgeries, happy times and sad times! She was always there when I needed a little TLC and gave us many happy memories! She will be missed and will always be a part of my life!

  80. I loved all of the cards, especially the Linda's simple but beautiful card using the birch trees… it is so stunningly calm. My dogs make me smile each and every day, as they find new and, urm, interesing, ways to cheer me up 🙂 -dayle

  83. Love the projects today…my favorite is that chalkboard background! I'll be honest…I haven't really been smiling today. Woke up hour earlier for a super early meeting and discovered a surprise overnight wintry storm had shut down almost all of the highways in my area. But that chalkboard background made me smile just now at least!

After rushing around this morning, wondering when I would have time to create a card or something with my latest free digi for my blog AND have time to clean the house for our out-of-town guests coming this weekend, my hubby casually mentioned how Veterans day on Tuesday had thrown him off.   109. Having Bear jump on my lap and let me love her. She's not jumping much any more (she's nine so I guess she's getting more cautious) so I enjoy getting to pet her and scratch her belly. that made me smile.

  122. I am a Senior Caregiver. My 96-year old client made me smile today when she told me she would miss me and couldn't wait for me to come back on Monday. She has a son and daughter-in-law and grown granddaughters who live just a few miles from her whom she will see this weekend but she told me she would rather I was there instead! Does the heart good to know that you make someone's day better! These cards are so great…they made me smile, too 😀

  149. My little one year old made me smile today, and every day!! She just learned how to walk and is tickled pink about being able to cruise around where ever she wants!! By the way, those little skating penguins are just adorable!

  152. I got a letter in the mail from an 8 year old boy that lives down the street from me. His family had lost their dog. He told me how much he enjoyed driving by my house and seeing my dogs. I have three dogs, two basset hounds and a golden retriever. He asked me their names. It was so cute! I wrote him back and invited his little brother and him to come meet Wilbur, Libby and Jewel. It was the sweetest thing.

  155. I went to lunch with my husband today and when we left the restaurant I was surprised to be greeted on the street by a fleet of puppies that had escaped their mother and her family's car! It was a chaotic few minutes rounding the 5 of them up and getting them back to where they belonged but there was lots of tail wagging and puppy-breath kisses… I smiled for the rest of the day!

  166. Seeing that my bloggie friend Amy Tsuruta had received her package from me full of chocolates and candies from New Zealand. She sent me a package of Candy Corn, which we can't get here. So happy that they made it and aren't too squished!!!

  167. Today I went with my daughter to her sonogram appointment. Found out I'm going to have a grandson in March! I smiled then and I'm still smiling now. Got a feeling I'll be smiling for many years to come! So thankful for God's blessings.

  169. Lovely, lovely projects! Had my job evaluation today and my manager was very complimentary. Don't always get recognition at work and its nice when management acknowledges a job well done.

  172. My 16 year old son and I laughed at some really funny pins on pinterest this morning before school. Love starting the day with that kind of smile with my kids!

  173. How cute are those penguins on black card stock, and the shaker card, and all the others – simply amazing!! It brought a big smile on my face when I met my 102(!) year old neighbor in the bus (I'm seriously not making this up, I know it's hard to believe) and we walked home together & chatted away. When he shakes my hand he holds it tight for a whole minute, just like my own grandfather used to do & just to make sure we both feel the connection – what an amazing& lovely person he is!

  177. I hung a garland of holiday-themed owls in my office today, which certainly made me smile! 🙂 As did all of these AMAZING cards and tags today! I LOVELOVELOVE the snowglobe! 🙂

  202. Today at our Girl Scout troop meeting there was an example in a story using a cassette player. None of the girls knew what a cassette player was! It certainly made me smile to hear their guesses!

  204. Oh, wow!!! I'm a day behind but I'm so glad I stopped by. All of the projects are super fantastic! I especially love what Nadia did with the Winter Penguin, the snowflakes by Jenn and Isha's shaker card. What made me smile today was having both of my cats snuggle with me on the couch. Normally, they don't like being very close to each other, but I had them both laying on top of my chest. LOL!! So cute!!

    My niece made me smile today 🙂 She texted me a photo of her dear little puppy, a tiny white ball of fluff captured just as his pink tongue was peeking out – his name is Snowy.

  208. Watching my kids watch A Christmas Story for the first time and their wide eyes at the flag pole scene made me totally smile today! I adore that reindeer gift bag and the snow globe is to cute! I have to get my hands on that gift bag die.
