Chari got inspiration from her cute dog, Penny, to make this super fun birthday card! She used the curved slider from Slide On Over with the Simple Stitched Hillside and Meadow borders. The Simple Puffy Cloud Frames lined with silver sparkle are such a fun addition to this happy card!

I love Latisha‘s beautiful Mermaid for You slider card! The Peacock cardstock and Guava stamped coral create a gorgeous color combo!

Lynnette‘s card for Dad is a fun interactive design combining Dad + Me with Stitched Mountain Borders and Slide On Over! I love how she colored the papa and baby bear, giving them lots of detail for maximum cuteness!

Melissa S is back with another adorable sweet and simple scrapbook layout to spark your creativity! She mixed and matched papers from Perfectly Plaid and Let’s Polka in the Meadow to create a lovely frame for her photos. I love how she die cut the title with Cole’s ABCs using bright pink felt to coordinate with the Plastic Flamingo stamped Just for You Label!

  1. I would use it to make an ocean themed card for my Grandad. I've always been super intimidated by slider cards so I'll definitely be trying this out 🙂

  2. I think this would be so cute to use with the skating penguin or having a bunny slide over to the carrots from rooting for you hehe <3

  3. Really love the mermaids, can't wait to have them! I would use the Slide On Over for a birthday card with Hello Baby's frog prince to let the frog "jump" on my cards!

  4. Oh my goodness, I am so excited about this die. Can't wait to make to make critters sliding down snow slopes 😆 thank you so much!i have been waiting years for someone to make these available!

  5. I am blown away by the Slide on Over die set! I love the idea of interactive cards. I'm thinking it would be cute to have a hummingbird fly towards a flower (both from the Gleeful Gardens set). The possibilities are endless. Thanks for creating such clever products!

  6. Such sweet interactive scenes … they're fabulous! How fun would these dies be used with Happy Wedding for a card where the happy bird couple popped up out of the cake! Anita 🙂

  7. FUN & FABULOUS creations – LOVE the CUTE scenes and COOL slider ACTION!!!
IF I had Slide On Over in my stash, I would make bundles of AWESOME critter, bird and butterfly slider cards to send to family and friends all over the world => THANK YOU for the chance to win 🙂

  8. What a super fun showcase today!! I love interactive cards and you've made great job! The set of dies is awesome!! I would use it to make slider cards, to make patterns on cards, inlaid die-cutting, and cut part (stripes with beautiful rounded endings) could be used as a sentiment carrier, to make balloons from them, caterpillars, worms. :o) Thank you for the opportunity to win this awesome die-cut set. :o)

  9. OMG!!!! this video is full of tons of good tips…amazing!! And these dies are my new must have!!! Really great for creating Xmas Cards!!!

  10. Kelly Marie has done such an amazing job with these inspirational cards ! Having the second one come from beneath the waves is truly awesome ! The ideas are spinning around my head like fireworks ! ❤️LawnFawn!

  11. Wow! How fun!! I love the sliders and I love how easy it is to create an interactive card. There are lots of possibilities with these sliders. I think they could be used with any of the critters. I would make a card with the cow from Critters on the Farm with the sentiment…you mooove me!

  12. OMG, Lawn Fawn, you blow me away with your creativity and adorable images. I'm in love. I would use the slider to create cards for my preschoolers; they would love them.

  13. SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the NEW Dies!! I've ALWAYS been a LOVER of the Interactive Card and these would be SO FUN for Gifts!! I LOVE giving INTERACTIVE Cards!! Looking forward to seeing MORE!! THANKS for sharing and have a FABULOUS RELEASE WEEK!! =)

  14. Ok sliders are now top of my want list just after the mermaids 🙂 lol …I do of course need all of it haha. I would use the slider for bon voyage or the hot air balloons from blue skies and have so many more ideas already.
Thanks so much for the chance to win.

  15. I would use Slide On Over with my favorite stamp set, Critters at the Dog Park! I can just imagine making cards with the Doxie chasing the ball or the Terrier and Boxer sliding over to play together.

  16. So many possibilities!!

I think I would use the sliders for Christmas cards, and definitely with the moose from the new Dad + Me set!

  17. You've knocked it out of the ball park again! Fantastic new dies! Love the idea of interactive cards. Cannot wait to use it with the ice-skating penguin! So fun!

  18. This is so brilliant!!! Makes you wonder why nobody came out with a version of these dies before! Clearly you are a cut above the rest! Love these 🙂

  19. So adorable and fun! I would love to use these sliders for Christmas cards with Winter Penguin and also would be fun with the gumball machine with the gumballs sliding over.

  20. Oh my goodness these are all SO SWEET!
I am just now getting onto IG but I don't have very many current stamps and dies. If I had these dies, I would make a slider with a bird "flying" across the sky with a cute scene below or a bee flitting across the tops of some flowers. Here's a tip I have learned: I used to use pennies for my sliders but now I use plastic Bingo chips. They slide great, the pop up sticks wonderfully and they are thinner than a penny, so less bulk.

  21. Slide on Over is probably my favorite die from this new release!!! I've been wanting to make a slider card recently (new technique for me!), and saw this die in an earlier release week post, and got SO excited as it would make it so easy!! I plan to use it with party animals and baked with love to have a critter sliding over with the icing to pipe icing on a cupcake!

  22. Thank you for all the thought you put into your dies and stamp sets! it's so great that the slide-on over dies match the stitched hillsides. I have always thought you are so brilliant to have all the stamps work so well together! Thanks for that!

  23. These are super adorable and your video was terrific! I LOVE interactive cards! I'd use these sliders for baby critters running to their mommies, or any critter I want moving… a kite going up and down would be fun!!… and I think I'd probably try add a shaker, too, just for an over-the-top card : )

  24. Oh I love these slider dies! They would get a lot of use if I win because I enjoy making slider cards for birthdays, graduations, holidays even just because cards! Thanks for the chance!

  25. This is actually amazing!! I watched your video (Kelly) a few wks ago where you cut your own slider space for a card and have tried to make my own slider but have such trouble! Basically I find it really hard to be coordinated with my exacto knife :):). This is perfect for me! I love all of these cards by the DT, but i have to say Chari's makes me so happy as I also have a mini dachshund and now I REALLY wish I had that stamp set! SO CUTE!!

I would love to use this die with my Critters of the Sea stamps or the beautiful butterflies of Flutter By! The possibilities here really are endless! Wow, you guys keep upping the game!

  26. OMGosh how fun!!! I loVe these slider dies. Thanks for the great video tips on how to create your interactive cards. They are adorable!!! Thanks DT for sharing your cute interactive cards.
These are coming out just in time for me to make my father-in-law a Father's Day card. He has saved EVERY card I ever made him and has them displayed on shelves all around his house so I am always looking for new ideas to create that special card just for him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

  39. My initial thought was that I'd love to combine the slider set with Mermaid for You to add a fun and unique element to a scrapbook page of my brother and I at Disney World as children – for years I've been waiting to scrapbook the portrait we had taken with Ariel, and now it seems I've found the perfect set!

    Laura K x

  41. Fun!!! There are so many possibilities with the slider dies. Maybe one of Lawn Fawn's cute critters putting flowers into a vase? Can't wait to get my hands on this die set so I can create some slider cards!!

  42. These are adorable! I have never done a slider but this definitely makes me want to start!! 🙂 I love the curved sliders!

  46. Oh my word these are ALL so stinkin' CUTE!! 🙂 Love the slide idea and I think it would be fun to pair it with those critters that face each other like the "Love you Tons" set so they are running into each other for a kiss!! LOL!

  47. LOVE LOVE LOVE this die set! Will use to make lots of birthday cards for the grandkids (i have 19!) first up will be a dolphin in the waves!

  51. OMG Love, love, love the slider dies!!! Fish can swim, fairies can fly, animals can walk. So many ideas I have no idea where to start!

  52. Love that new slide-over die. I would take the critter stamps that I own and make them move. I may even make a mirror of one critter and than have the two critters kiss. So many ideas would work well with this die.

  53. These cards are adorable! The video was awesome! You explain how to make a slider card seem super easy! Can't wait to make some with the new stamp and die sets! Can't wait for this release! It's awesome!

  62. The new slider dies make it easier to make slider cards! Great ideas. I would use the slider dies on cards for my grand-boys. Interactive cards are soooo much fun!

  63. I love the Slide All Over dies and can see them working as great cards for kids especially. But I think any age or gender would enjoy seeing something slide across their card design. I really love all the cards made for this blog post. They are wonderful!

  64. I recently made my first slider (I didn't have a special die though) and it was so much fun! I would most likely pair the slider die with stamps of birds or an airplane to have it 'fly' across the card. Thanks again for the inspiration!

  65. Those cards using the slide on over die are amazing! I want to get it to make the mermaid cards where the mermaid is riding the narwhal, brilliant!

  66. I have always wondered how to make these cards and I don't have a straight enough hand to cut it out, I am so glad there are dies for this now, and how cute are these cards, I think I would make a winter themed card with the critters from tobaggan together 🙂 lil deer pulling the sled with the penquin on it

  79. Eeek! These cards are the cutest designs! That slide die would work for any fun Lawn Fawn scene and us especially cute with the Critter sets. My two little granddaughters would be begging me to make cards for them with this set!

  80. I have been hoping you guys would come out with slider dies! Yay! I would for sure make a card using Life Is Good and have the crab come scuttling out from behind the sandcastle. Wouldn't that be fun? I can't wait to get these and play!

  81. I think it would be cute to use one of the sliders with the basket of laundry and the washing machine. I'd have the laundry basket slide next to the washer with the sentiment that says something like "Have loads of fun." With all of the great LF sets, there are tons of combinations that would be adorable!

  82. Interactive cards are so much fun (to make & to receive.) I'm thinking about a lot of the critter stamps right now to use with the slider.

  83. These sliders are so much fun. They work great with the new sets, but will also work great with the old sets too. Thanks for making sliders easier!

  85. Thank you Lawn Fawn! These new dies will definitely make creating slider cards so much easier! I would love to use them to make cards using Critters At The Dog Park chasing balls, squirrels, butterflies and kites. I would also use them to make Valentine cards using a variety of Lawn Fawn cute critters sliding toward each other.

  86. I would use Slide on Over with the stamp sets Toboggan Together, Winter Penguin, Critters in the Snow & Critters in the Arctic to make a winter party invite 🙂

  87. I have yet to make a slider card but the sliding narwhals are just too much! I may need to finally get a die cut machine to make those waves. So cool and fun!

  88. Your cards are adorable. I would use the sliders for my Christmas cards, I think children would love an interactive card!

  89. Oh my gosh these slider cards are so great!! I love them all. I have so many ideas rolling around in my head right now that it's impossible to pick just one lol. Love it!

  90. I love the Slide on Over set! I have an idea in mind – I want to make a card for my friend who is dieting lol. So I am gonna place a cupcake on one side, and her picture on the slider! 😉 She has to "run away" from the cupcake haha. Easier in a card than in real life!

  91. This will sure make slider cards a lot easier to make. I will not only use it horizontally but also vertically. You can have critters trying to jump out behind the clouds or grass and deliver some surprise messages!

  92. I know Lawn Fawn releases will be something unique, something I want, and something that will be fun to work with. Thanks, Lawn Fawn, for thinking outside the box.

  93. These slider cards make me smile!! They are cute!! Wholesome & sweet!! Love them!! You & your team rock!!

  94. The slider dies are such a clever idea with super cute results in an interactive card. I would love to try to make a slider card. I think I would try to make a dog chasing a bone or a cat trying to get a fish or ball of yarn or a critter chasing some kind of food.. So cute : )

  95. I think I would try using the slider dies with the birds from Feathered Friends and have them swooping down to the lines to rest or maybe the Ghost from Booyah sliding about in a night sky!

  96. Your cards are darling. Thanks so much for the video. Especially love the extra curvy slider. Not sure what I'd do with the sliders yet but think it might involve Halloween somehow.

  97. I love this set – so cool to make interactive cards! The samples with the narwhal and mermaid in the waves are my favorite. Having fish or dolphins swim through waves on my cards – that's what I would try first with Slide on Over. 🙂

  98. I would use these to make cute cards with critters for my great-nieces and great-nephew. I love that you have come up with this die. Hope I can win it!

  99. What a great die set – I'm constantly cutting sliders and this would be a much neater finish! I would usethis slider to have one of your puppies chasing a ball or a ball of wool rolling away from a knitting sheep! You're work is so amazing!

  100. What a great day full of inspiration! Love the cards and the layout…. but OMG that dolphin is adorable!!!!! So I would use the slider to attach a cute little pocket with money in it for a birthday card! What a great way to receive money!!!
    Hugs,
    Jo

  101. def. wavy dies for my ocean scene. Since I live on tropical island, I often make cards with the ocean/under the water scene and these dies would be perfect! <3

  102. The slide on over set is a genius idea! It's so hard to cut that out manually. Thanks for creating this die cut! 🙂 I would use the slider to make the balloons move.

  103. I would use these new dies to make fun cards to cheer people up and to spread a little kindness along the way. Love these new dies so very creative.

  104. This video is helping me so much to simplify the sliding cards idea. I've never tried making one but now it feels like no problem at all. With the help of slide-on-over I would create cards with where characters would meet and kiss❤️. I would create travel scenes – going somewhere, playing scenes of some sort, maybe dancing scenes. Absolutely adorable would be skating and/or skinn scenes for winter. Oh, would you please create a skating stamp set for this upcoming winter? 🐬🌴 Kindly/Vanessa

  105. I love the Slide on Over die cut! What a clever idea! I really like the mermaid ones, although they're all great. Not sure how I would use the set yet, but it would be wonderful to win. Thanks for the chance!

  106. Oh my, Slide On Over is so amazing and versatile! I must admit I've never made a slider card, they always looked too hard. But with these dies they appear really easy and fun 🙂 Will have to have a go once I dwindle down my LF wishlist hehe 🙂

  107. What a fun and awesome die set!!! This could be used with just about any lawn fawn stamp set! I agree with a previous text that it would be cute with toboggan together.

  108. Fantastic slider cards. I would use the slider card with the bon voyage plane flying though the clouds as I need to make some cards for a couple of co-workers who are leaving

  109. The DT did a fantastic job. They are so inspiring and make me want to buy the whole release. They deserve a bonus this theme. These slider does are awsome. I've been waiting for these.

  110. I would use slide on over with year three and year six. I think it would be really cute to make birthday cards with slide on over. Valentines cards would be fun too. Pizza my heart comes to mind. How fun!!

  111. Such cute cards! I can't wait to use with any of the critters sets or with fairy friends. The fairies would be so cute flying thru the air.

  112. I have been waiting for these! Love that they match the hillside dies too-so smart! I would like to use one to make the turtle in Year Two cross a birthday card to the present. I love turtles. 🙂

  113. Lawn Fawn's attention to detail and makong new products coordinate with available products is just so impressive! I would use the curved slider one to make it look like the sun is going from sunrise to sunset across the sky and use a sentiment that I have that says "Tomorrow's forecast: Brighter than today" for a sympathy card.

  114. Slide over set will it make so much easier to make slider cards. Will use to make my Anniversary card using We have Chemistry Stamp set !

  115. I am so excited about the slider dies. I have used a tiny circle die and an exacto knife in the past for slider and it works too but it so unfun to do. Thanks for making our crafty lives easier.

  116. Oh my gosh! I'm counting down…I can't wait! So excited to make slider cards! I just think this company is awesome. Thank you for sharing your talent!!!!

  117. I absolutely love the water, so I would probably use this adorable set on the same card as you guys did.

    So cute!
I'm going to be wanting everything when the release actually comes out 😛

  118. Love these dies, so creative! I'd use them in a similar way to the fab inspiration projects (well, mine wouldn't be that good! :P) – slider cards with cute critters are a success combo for sure! A critter sliding over to a cupcake or a birthday cake, two critters sliding towards each other to hug or kiss, a little baby sliding (crawling) towards a mountain of gifts or a toy… the possibilities are endless!
