Can someone explain this ink smooshing technique? I've been trying to get this more vibrant watercolor look for months to no avail and it's getting frustrating. I would be most appreciative! I love this card!!!
This was done with Distress Oxide which gives the matte finish. But lots of layers will give you a darker color. Dry in between each layer.
