  1. Love these! And love making slimline cards! They make bold custom sentiments so much easier to fit on cards! And since they fit in DLE envelopes so many more (and nicer) envelope options than standard US size cards (which aren’t easy to find here)

  2. I just got some slimline dies this fall but haven’t had the chance to make cards yet. Love the scalloped edge! Today’s showcase is so fun!

  3. I love making slimline cards but cut them by hand. The dies don’t fit in my machine. In a couple of months I’m asking for a bigger die-cutting machine for my birthday and then I’ll come running for these dies 💕

  4. I have made a few slimline cards. They are fun to make. I have been waiting for a die set that had hearts – Woot!!

  5. When I was first starting out Handmaking cards I used to love making slim lines, over the years i have bought smaller card bases which are cheaper but I would love to get back into slimline cards. The extra space is so fun to work with!

  6. I have made 2 and I really don’t like making them, they are cute but I am so use to the other sized cards and hard for me to rethink how to make them, lol. They are cute it’s just not for me, but I would buy them for sure!

  7. One a piece of white card stock, I ink blended clouds using the Cloudy Stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to put behind my heart panel. My adorable little images come from Special Delivery, Open Me and A Bug Deal and colored with copic markers. I used B06, B04, B02, B00 for the birds and G29, G17, YG06, and YG00 for the leaves.

  8. I have made a few slimline cards, and they’re fun, but I still prefer the A2 size. The examples are all great as usual.

  9. i haven’t had the chance to make a slim card yet but seeing all the ones around sure does make me want to give it a go

  10. These card’s are just way too adorable love how you can mix and match them with the other slimline dies that y’all have, I love to make slimline cards they are my favorite

  11. I am new to making slimline cards, so new that I just received my first order of slimline card supplies so I can start having fun!

  12. such adorable cards!! I just got my first slimline dies, so no I haven’t had a chance as of yet but I am looking forward to it because of all the room for scenes!!

  13. I’ve never made a slimline, but now is the time to do it! Adorable! (really loving the shaker card look with these!)

  14. I haven’t made many slim line cards but hope do to make more next year especially with all the fab stamps and dies with this release!

  15. YES, YES, YES! Love the newness of the slim look, but have just one die so far. I’ve been making cards for almost 30 years, so it’s fresh! And these hearts are simply adorable… I love how they look paired up with the cute new images!

  16. I don’t do slimline a lot, because I don’t have premade card bases for them. But they’re so cute, I probably should make them more often.

  17. I Love these…I will have to decide on which I want (landscape or portrait) as I am sure I won’t be able to afford both,

  18. You have really inspired me to make more slimlines! I love the scalloped edges and the hearts! These cards are just the cutest!

  19. I’ve never made a slimline card, but with these adorable examples, I’m starting to think I need to give it a try.

  20. Love slimline because it is such a surprise for the recipient! We need a stamp that makes the envelopes of slimline have cheeky “business” sayings

  21. I do enjoy making slimlines. It adds a little variety to my card making, and it’s fun to have the extra space for scenes with adorable Lawn Fawn critters!

  22. “Owl you need is love” so adorable! I have never made a slimline card before actually, but just bought the dies so I will try them out when they come.
    Hugs from Canada.

  23. I love making slimline cards! I like the extra space to add more details and not have them crammed in an A2 space. This won’t be a trend for me. Slimline is here to stay!

  24. I do love making slimline cards, but don’t do it often. I have to be frugal with my quality card base paper colors & white!

  25. I’ve only done a few slimlines, but love how they look. All of these products look so super cute, can’t wait!

  26. Slimline cards are my new favorite. First they are different. Fit easily in regular size envelopes. Larger and longer design space. What’s not to love???

  27. I’ve only made one slimline card as I don’t have many slimline supplies but getting inspired to do more!! ❤️

  28. I LOVE making slimline cards; so much so that my LF slimlines that I already own are wearing out! Okay…they’re not, but they sure are receiving loads of attention! Love the new additions; can’t wait to welcome them into my collection!

  29. I love the extra space on the slimline cards and since it comes in a long envelope, it is a surprise for my friends to open, that are used to receiving the usual “greeting card” sized envelope!

  30. I am just starting to make slimlines and really like the extra space to create scenes…so much fun with the squirrels from Nuts About You and Acorn house!

  31. I love adding making slimline cards- when you want just that little bit extra space for a scene, this is such a good layout to go with!

  32. Slimline cards are so enjoyable to make as there is so much more space it seems. Love the scalloped border. The hearts are fun. Great ideas!

  33. Cute cards today, DT! I have not made any slimline cards yet but after reading the comments I think i’d Like to try some! The larger space definitely lends itself to more scene building – love that!

  35. I have not attempted a slimline card yet, but after seeing the heart die set, I would LOVE to start with it. Thank you for all of this inspiration!

  36. I’ve been hoping for a scallop slimline die – only just bought the other slimline dies for my birthday and waiting for them to be delivered. 44. These are beautiful! Love them all, but really like the pink all you need is love owls on the trio shaker. I have not yet made a slimline card.., well on purpose (before they existed I made one to accommodate a long train – had I only told someone I could have been the idea creator, like so many of us. tee hee). So theoretically, nope have never made one, but sure love these dies and they’d be my first true try!!

  45. I admit. I bought all the slimline-stuff. Have I used it? No. Next question. Will I buy these new ones? YES, OF COURSE I WILL! Because one day, sooner or later, I will make the slimline-cards! YAY! They look awesome… ;D

  46. Wonderful cards! I love the owls in the tree! I’ve only made a few slimline cards and that was before slimline cards were popular. Usually, if I am going to make a slimline type card, I make the size that fits in the smaller business size envelope – 6 x 3.25 when folded. They are adorable!
