Lawn Fawn Video {5.30.21} Samantha’s Punny Teacher Appreciation Card

Samantha joins us today to share a great idea for a Teacher Appreciation card! She included a punny custom sentiment that is on point for this unique school year! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Using images from Virtual Friends, Den Sweet Den and My Silly Valentine, Samantha created an adorable classroom at home scene! The smiley faces add to the charm of this sweet design!

To create the custom sentiment, she combined Oliver’s Stitched ABCs with Harold’s ABCs and Violet’s ABCs. By cutting the Fancy Wavy Banner from Black Licorice cardstock, Samantha made sure the white embossed Harold’s ABCs phrase would make a statement!

Samantha created a simple ink-blended background to let the cute images pop!

Thanks so much for sharing this adorable Teacher Appreciation card, Samantha! It’s so timely and perfect for the end of the school year!

  1. What a delightful card mixing and matching older stamp sets with newer ones. I adore the Oliver stitched abc letters such a sweet card Samantha. 💜

  2. This is adorable and I love the inkblended background! Terrific color choices and love the message. From a teacher, thank you for recognzing your child’s teachers. The kids have been absolute troopers this year, and most teachers I know have really given extra effort to reconfiguring, reconceptualizing, reconstructing, and rethinking just about every angle of every unit for this year.
Thanks for the terrific tutorial!! Happy summer! Maybe in late Aug/ Sept we’ll all be heading back to much more usual conditions (I HOPE!).

  3. As a homeschooling mother, I think that a teacher would adore this. (My son does not think to make things like this, but that is not the reason why I homeschool
    him😍.)
Such a creative card and a great idea to show appreciation for a teacher. This could be used for a Sunday School Teacher too! Even for the person who sets up all the zoom calls and or meetings one has. 😍
    Just marvy!
