Rebecca’s Happy Halloween Card

Happy Halloween Fawny Friends! Rebecca shares a fun Halloween scene combining Happy Haunting, Costume Party and Happy Howloween!

Rebecca added vellum Simple Puffy Clouds and a black glitter Spooky Fence Border to fill out the scene for this happy group of costumed trick or treaters!

Rebecca borrowed the bat from our Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House Add-On to make the bright yellow moon even more spooky! It’s the extra little details that make a card design this awesome!

A Cute Halloween Goodie Bag with Lynette!

Our talented Fawnie friend, Lynette joins us today to share an adorable Halloween Goodie Bag!

Lynette used the spooky elements from Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House Add-On with our Goodie Bag die to create a fun Halloween treat bag! She filled the bag with Halloween candy and added a Stitched Gift Card Pocket to tuck in an extra gift! I love the Spooky Fence Border die cut with black glitter cardstock from our Sparkle cardstock – Autumn pack!

The fun little spider from Cute Cobweb and Spooky Lawn Trimmings cord to tie up the top are the perfect finishing touches for a memorable Halloween treat!

Megan’s Amazing Pivot Pop-Up Halloween Card!

Hello Fawnie friends! Happy World Cardmaking Day! It’s also the first Saturday of the month so Megan is here to share another amazing card creation! She used our Pivot Pop-Up die set to make an interactive card with lots of Halloween surprises!

Our friendly Big Foot from Lovable Legends is carving up some jack o’lantern fun on the cover of Megan’s happy design! He’s wearing a pirate hat from Booyah and doing the pumpkin carving with help from Pick of the Patch! Megan used images from Spooktacular to set the scene!

Megan filled the inside of the card with a bunch of happy trick or treaters! These cute costumed kids come from our Costume Party, Easter Party, Ahoy Matey, Bicycle Built for You and Out of this World sets! To create the fun neighborhood scene Megan used Village Border and Spooky Fence Border along with more Pick of the Patch pumpkins!

To create the sky, she blended Distress Inks (Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot) onto pieces of Bristol Smooth Cardstock. Then she spritzed them with water and blotted them with a dry paper towel. Next, Black Soot and Yeti Ink were mixed with water on an acrylic block and splattered onto the ink-blended pieces using a paint brush.

We hope that you will use Megan’s awesome inspiration and create a fabulous card to celebrate World Cardmaking Day (and don’t forget to send a smile by putting it in the mail too)!

Thank you so much for sharing this amazing card with us today, Megan! We can’t wait to see what you have for us next month!

We will be at Stamp Fever in Orange, CA from 10:00 to 4:00 on Saturday, October 13 and we hope to see you there! We will be doing a super cute Double Slider Surprise make-n-take!
