Lawn Fawn + Marvy Day 5

We’ve reached Day 5 of our wonderful week-long collaboration with our friends at Marvy Uchida! We hope you are inspired by our fabulous Design Team projects and videos and that you’ll try the amazing Marvy products for adding color to your projects!

Nicole‘s adorable card combines stamps from Wild for You and Upon a Star! She colored the images with Marvy Le Plume Permanent alcohol markers!
Elena‘s beautiful Plane and Simple card has a fun custom sentiment with Riley’s ABCs. She added the great coloring using Marvy Le Plume Permanent markers.

Yainea used the Color In Watercolor Twist pencils with a water brush to add color to the yummy images from Aloha, So Smooth, Happy Summer and Make Lemonade! She also created the pretty lemon-colored stripes with the same watercolor pencils. The gold stripe was added using the Deco Just Glitter Premium marker. Such a wonderful summery design!
We hope you have enjoyed this special collaboration week with Marvy! Visit uchida.com to check out all their great products!

Lawn Fawn Video {7.27.17} + Marvy Week Day 4

It’s Day 4 of a wonderful week-long collaboration with our friends at Marvy Uchida! We will be sharing fabulous Design Team projects and videos using Marvy products! We hope you will be inspired!
Today we have a video tutorial by Lizzy using Marvy Watercolor Twist pencils and Deco Glitter Markers! You can watch the video here or at our YouTube channel.
Thanks so much for watching!

I love how Lizzy framed this delightful design with the tropical leaves from Critters in the Jungle!
And now we a fun origami boat by Lynette!
Lynette colored the images using Le Plume II markers!
The origami boat was made using a 8 1/2″ square piece of Cinnamon Spice Perfectly Plaid Fall 12×12 paper. The mast is a side piece of a Stitched Rectangle Frame and the stitched circles are from Flower Power. The boat is embellished with a Stitched Scalloped Border and Ocean Hillside Pop-up Add-on.
Bannertastic provides a space for the sentiment, with Ocean Wave Accents adding some cute waves. The birthday greeting and banner are from Plane and Simple!
Lynette says that by adding a piece of plastic to the bottom of the boat it can be an adorable cake topper for a child’s party! Click HERE for origami boat instructions.

Hello friends, Ivy is with us today to share some tropical-inspired card designs using Aloha, Scripty Aloha, Palm Trees and Pretty Poppies.

Ivy’s watercolor background adds a special touch to this card! I love how she repeated the Aloha pineapple and included the Scripty Aloha greeting!
I love how Ivy combined so many sets to create this colorful card! The Palm Trees perfectly frame the Flamingo Together couple, while the Big Scripty Words die cut adds a sweet sentiment!
This simple card has big impact with the amazing watercolor background! This design would be great for making invitations to a party with a Hawaii theme!
Ivy created a tropical flower using Pretty Poppies and adding leaves from Flower Power! The layered Scripty Aloha greeting looks so summery in Sugarplum and Cilantro cardstock!
Thank you so much for sharing your sunny tropical card designs with us today, Ivy!
