Megan’s Amazing Carnival Design

It’s the first Saturday of the month! Yay! That means Megan is back with another amazing card design! Today she made 2 versions of the same design to take the fun from day to night!

Wow! This carnival scene is so full of happy fun! But there’s more, the scene expands in this fun-folding layered design! Check out the detail on the edges where Megan used an Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Backdrop cut with Large and Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables (or you could use a Stitched Rectangle Frame) layered over Really Rainbow paper!

The Coaster Critters scene adds more cute critters from Rub-A-Dub-Dub and You’re Claw-some when the first layer is opened! She modified the bear from Critter Concert to have him enjoying an ice cream cone. She also modified the unicorn from You’re Claw-some so he has a jaunty tilt of his head!

Open the second layer to see another scene come to life with more happy critters from Elphie Selfie and Toadally Awesome! Everything is so bright and cheery!

With the addition of a Snowy Backdrop in a dark blue color and some additional critters, this happy scene goes from day to night!

The Stitched Hillside Borders and Grassy Hillside Borders that make up the unfolding flaps are die cut from Cilantro cardstock and inked with green shades of Distress Oxide ink.

Check out the supply list below for all the stamp sets and die sets that Megan mixed and matched on these fabulous card designs!

Thank you Megan! We look forward to your Saturday features and today’s amazing card design certainly didn’t disappoint!

A Music Themed Party with Elena!

Treat yourself with savings at lawnfawn.com! Use the coupon code to save 15% on your order!

Do you have a budding musician, an upcoming recital to celebrate, or maybe you just love music? Elena has a great idea for your next party! Make it a celebration of music using Critter Concert and Little Music Notes!

For her music-themed party, Elena designed cupcake toppers, party favors and beverage labels along with a fun piano inspired framed decoration and a letter board sign spelling out the party theme!

She combined the Little Music Notes Treble Clef and the instrument-playing critters to create these charming cupcake toppers!

The party favors were made using our Tiny Gift Box die! I love how the black music notes and neutral color critters look with the white boxes!

The adorable beverage labels combine a Mini Picture Frame in Paper Bag cardstock and the cute little bird from Critter Concert playing all the percussion instruments!
