partial die cutting photo tutorial

Today we have a super fun photo tutorial on partial die cutting to create a tag by Elena! Let’s check it out!

She used the Critters on the Savanna stamp set and dies for this, but this idea works for any die!

This creates a small lion shape tag that opens for a special message.

Washi tape or even post-its or painter’s tape would work to hold the die in place!

Adhere the colored and die cut lion on the tag, and you’re done! So cute!!

Thank you so much for this photo tutorial, Elena. It is awesome!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! We have lots of fun family timed planned, and I am excited for that!

A crafty game show – the 10 Minute Craft Dash

Have you ever wanted to be on a game show? I always had dreams of being on Double Dare. Haha! Well, the 10 Minute Craft Dash totally feels like a game show. I love this challenge! Paulina gives a color palette and then you have 10 minutes to get crafty. I love it!

The other cool part is that we are sponsoring this time, and there is an awesome prize:

Woohooo! So make sure to go and play along. I cannot wait to see your 10 minute cards!

My card took me 9 minutes and 34 seconds! Phew!! I used Critters on the Savanna because the thought of a pink giraffe was too hard to resist! The dies really helped me stay under the 10 minute time. I also used this Pink Lemonade element sticker as “grass” and So Much to Say for my sentiment. A rounded corner and some white gel pen were fast and easy to do and added a little something.

Head on over and enter your cards for a chance at the prize! I can’t wait to see them!!

Thank you so much for visiting!
