Happy Holidays with Christy and the Cheery Christmas Squirrels!

It’s the last day to get our Thanksgiving Thank You free gift with purchase and free shipping! It’s only at lawnfawn.com!

Christy created a beautifully adorable holiday card featuring the squirrels from Cheery Christmas and a lovely red, gray and white color palette!

Christy started this beautiful card by cutting a panel of white cardstock with the a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame. She then die cut a Stitched Hillside Border from the inside panel.

To create the unique gray backdrop, Christy used Hippo and Manatee ink to swipe ink directly on the cardstock! I love the pretty effect of this technique!

The Cheery Christmas squirrels and the snow covered mushrooms from Frosty Fairy Friends were stamped with Jet Black ink. Then Christy stamped the pine boughs from Frosty Fairy Friends, and the sea plants from Christmas Fishes and You Are Sublime in Manatee ink.

Christy arranged the images on the backdrop then she layered it on a Let It Shine 6×6 red striped panel. To keep the color scheme going, she stamped the sentiment with Hippo ink and adhered the decorated panel on a Narwhal card base!

Christy’s Whimsical Peppermint Dragons!

Christy has an adorably whimsical Christmas card to share with us today! She imagined a little out-of-the-way spot at the edge of the North Pole where her Peppermint Dragons lived.

Christy combined Winter Dragon with the Little Dragon. She colored their cute little bellies in red and white peppermint stripes! And then she used the red striped paper from Let It Shine to die cut the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame!

To create the North Pole landscape, Christy used Over the Mountain Borders and more Let It Shine paper! She gave these cuties Christmas props from Car Critters Christmas Add-On and Frosty Fairy Friends! The sweet greeting stands out on the “snow” stamped in Lobster ink!

Thanks so much for this charming inspiration, Christy! The peppermint dragons are so much fun!
