Lawn Fawn Video {1.14.23} Mona’s Rainbow Unicorn Valentine

Join us next week for Design Team inspiration with “Lots of Heart”! We will have sweet samples, and daily giveaways! See you then!

Hi friends! Thanks for joining us today! Today we share an absolutely adorable card and video tutorial by Mona! Her fantastic Valentine design features rainbow unicorns and a glittery Giant Outlined Love Ya! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Mona shows in the tutorial how she created the pretty pastel watercolor background. She used Lawn Fawn ink cubes in Lemonade, Ballet Slippers, Fresh Lavender and Merman in an “ink smooshing” technique.

Next, she added the gold glitter Giant Outlined Love Ya to the background along with a Puffy Cloud Border. I love how the background shows through the letters, it’s so pretty!

And finally, she added her beautifully colored unicorns and envelopes to complete her charming card!

Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous card with us, Mona!

Joyce’s Giant Outlined Love Ya Valentine!

Have you made plans to join us for our next Create with Us event? The fun happens this Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 10AM PT/1PM ET! Jenn and Kelly will be back to create two adorable Wood You Be Mine? Valentine cards with you while chatting about crafty things! We hope you will join us; it’s going to be so much fun! You will find all the details HERE!

Happy 2023! I hope you all had a great New Year celebration! Joyce joins us today with fabulous Valentine inspiration featuring Giant Outlined Love Ya!

Joyce began her traditional style Valentine by stenciling the Falling Hearts on a Ballet Slippers panel. She used Distress Oxide ink in Kitsch Flamingo and Candied Apple. Next, she stamped and colored the cute Scent with Love images.

Then she die-cut Giant Outlined Love Ya from Ballet Slippers, Guava, Vanilla Malt, Gold Metallic and Black Licorice cardstock. She assembled the die cut using all the colors on a Chili Pepper Lacy Heart. I just love the traditional Valentine look of this cute card!

Thanks so much for this lovely inspiration, Joyce!
