A Glittery Happy New Year with Jessica

It’s time to say goodbye to 2023 and usher in a crafty new year! Jessica kicks off the New Year’s Eve fun with a glittery set of cards featuring Radiant Heart Backdrop and Magic Holiday Messages!

Jessica cut the Radiant Heart Backdrop from Spiffier Speckles Fairy patterned paper, then she backed it with Gold Sparkle cardstock. She also cut Henry’s 123s from the glittery gold cardstock.

She stamped the sentiment from Magic Holiday Messages on an Outside In Stitched Balloon Stackable. She added the balloon string in Black Licorice cardstock and then she used more gold glitter cardstock to tie up the balloon!

Thank you so much for this brilliant inspiration, Jessica!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.29.23} Jessica’s Fly High Graduation Card

Our talented friend, Jessica is back to share another bright and cheery card design! She used Fly High and Sunray Backdrop to make a fun graduation card! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Jessica started this fantastic card with an ink blended background behind the sunny Sunray Backdrop. She colored the Fly High hot air balloon in masculine colors and made sure to include the mortar board on the critter in keeping with the graduation theme!

She created a bold and fun greeting by combining Henry’s ABCs with a Henry’s 123s exclamation point and the sentiment from Fly High. It looks great on the white and vellum layered Puffy Cloud Borders!

Thank you so much for sharing this amazing graduation card, Jessica!

Ivy’s Lunar New Year Card and Gift Envelope

We hope you will join us tomorrow for another Lots of Heart Week! We will have sweet samples from the Design Team, and daily giveaways! See you then!

Today we have a fun treat for you! Ivy created a card and gift envelope to celebrate Lunar New Year!

Ivy explains the meaning behind the things she used to create her card and envelope set. “Oranges are a typical symbol of good luck, red and gold colors are considered lucky and prosperous, the red envelope contains “lucky money” that is usually given to kids.” And of course, she added the cute bunnies from Simply Celebrate Critters because this is the year of the rabbit!

For the card, Ivy filled the Fruit Basket with oranges using Zesty Lemon. She added a couple of the cute bunnies along with some pretty citrus flowers and leaves. She stamped the greeting on the label from Small Stitched Envelope with a Merry Messages sentiment. Then she added “lunar new year” in Claire’s ABCs and small sprigs from Giant Thank You Messages in shiny gold embossing!

To create the envelope, Ivy began with a Small Stitched Envelope, adding Henry’s 123s on the flap. Then she created another label this time including the row of bunnies from Simply Celebrate Critters.

Thank you so much for sharing this super cute project with us, Ivy!
