Party Time with Elena: S’mores-themed Valentine Party

It’s time for another awesome party idea with Elena! This time she designed a yummy s’mores-themed Valentine party! To check past blog posts with Elena’s fabulous party ideas, click HERE.

What could be s’more fun than a Valentine party featuring yummy s’mores! Our Smiley S’more die set is the star of this party, showing up on the cupcake toppers and goodie bags!

Elena topped the cupcakes with all the goodness of s’mores, including toasted marshmallows! I love how she stenciled the hearts on the Stitched Scalloped Cupcake Wrapper.

She crafted the toppers with Smiley S’more and a speech bubble die from Say What? Pets Lawn Cuts. She stamped the sentiment from S’more the Merrier then added the sweet little heart!

To decorate the drink bottles, Elena started with an Everyday Sentiment Banner cut from kraft cardstock. Then she added Cole’s ABCs letters to spell out “smore” and finished with a sentiment from You’re Just My Type. The stenciled band mimics the pattern on the cupcake wrapper.

Elena added the stenciled hearts to another party decoration, the Goodie Bags! She cut the heart shape using Center Picture Window Heart Add-On. The cute Smiley S’more on the outside gives a hint to the s’more’s fixings on the inside!

I love this idea so much, Elena! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us!

Grace used our Elphie Selfie and Elphie Selfie Flip-Flop to create a Valentine with “tons” of love! She used Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames to make the shaker window, then added Giant XOXO. I love how she wove the Simple Wavy Banner through the giant greeting! It’s so clever!

Melissa‘s sweet Mini Slimline design features the cute Scent with Love Add-On skunk! She also used Giant Be My Valentine and Valentine Hearts Border!

Elise gave the Conversation Heart Stencils a pretty pink ombré look! It’s the perfect backdrop for another of her custom greetings! This time she combined Louie’s ABCs with Big Scripty Words!

Elena created a window design that is so lovely! First, she created the Quilted Heart Backdrop panel, then she cut out the circle window. After she framed the opening with a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Window, she added the sweet Scent with Love images to finish her beautiful card!

I hope we have inspired you to create a Valentine or Heart Day card for our Lots of Heart Challenge at Lawn Fawnatics!

Thank you so much for watching!

Kara‘s fanciful dream scene is so creative! I love how she used Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait and Just Stitching Double Rectangles to create the pretty quilt for the Joy to All girl! She combined an Outside In Stitched Thought Bubble with images from Toucan Do It and Screen Time for the dream!

Today we also have a special Guest Designer! Our friend Peter created fun bookmarks filled with stenciled hearts! He used Tiny Gift Box Skunk Add-On to make 4 cute critters, one for each bookmark!

For each bookmark, Peter stenciled with Lots of Hearts Stencils then he added a punny sentiment with a coordinating image! Peter created a video tutorial for his bookmarks, you can watch it HERE. We will have another project from Peter on Thursday!

Lynnette‘s clean and simple card features a shaker inside an Outside In Stitched Heart! She added a shadow to the Giant XOXO so it stands out!

Yainea created a super fun shaker card filled with lots of hearts! She used Offset Sayings: Birthday to spell out her sentiment and then she added the hugging Scent with Love skunks!
