Nichol‘s layout is so fun and such a great way to capture a school year! The Quinn’s series is perfect for layout titles, and the new dies make it so easy!! I love how she combined the new Science of Love with On the Mend, Flying By, Hats Off to You, Critters in the Forest, Lucky Stars and A Good Apple! SO fun! Oh, and there might just be a little CHA sneak on there. Any guesses?

Operation Write Home week! day 5

We have a fun contest going on this week with a great pirze, so get
creating for Operation Write Home and share your gorgeous cards! Check it out here!
______________________________________________________________

Hello, everyone! We are SO excited about this week, and that is because we are teaming up with our friends at Operation Write Home!
Operation Write Home is an organization that sends blank handmade
cards to deployed service members so they can write home to their
families. As of March 2012, they’ve sent 1.7 MILLION cards! How
amazing is that?!

This week we are focusing on creating cards for deployed service members
to send home to their kids, nieces, nephews, etc. We love the idea of
creating cards for kids, and we think Lawn Fawn is perfect for that! 🙂
We are going to have lots of cards to inspire you to create for
Operation Write home both here and on the Operation Write Home blog, and we have a fun contest on this post where you can show off your awesome cards!

Latisha‘s card is too sweet! Any stamp with a smiley face plus bright colors equals a perfect card for a kid! I just love those flags!
Linda has created such a happy winter scene! I love scene cards for kids and the bright colors are perfect!

Make sure to head on over to the Operation Write Home blog for some more inspiration! And don’t forget to create cards for kids for deployed service members to send home. This is such a great reason to get crafty this weekend 🙂

We thought it would be fun to have some funny jokes that are perfect for kids with the answers on the other blog! 🙂
What do you call two bananas?- Answer on the Operation Write Home blog!
And the answer to their joke: To get his quarter-back!

I also wanted to send a big thank you to Operation Write Home for all they do. It is an amazing organization, and Sandy is such a wonderful person! Thank you, Operation Write Home!

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,
