Punny Thumbprint Valentines with Linda + Luke

Linda is joined today by her son, Luke to share super fun and creative thumbprint Valentine’s cards! This clever design is quick and easy for making multiples.

You can’t go wrong with a punny Valentine! They used Riley’s ABCs to stamp the custom sentiment on the Stitched Hearts!

Luke used Lawn Fawndamentals dye ink in Pink Flamingo, Carrot and Lobster to add his fingerprints.

They added the cute faces from Loads of Fun for some whimsical personality!

They finished the Valentines by punching a hole in the top to add a lollipop, securing it with washi tape on the back. They were able to make 28 in less than 30 minutes! Woohoo!

Big thanks to Linda and Luke for sharing their brilliant Valentine cards!

Thank you so much for visiting!

Lawn Fawn Video {2.4.16} A Valentine Shaker Card by Lizzy + Blog Hop

We are coming together with the crafting community for a blog hop to benefit a friend in need.
Ann Cox is a fellow card maker and a teacher.  She and her husband Kevin have been together for 20 years and have a little 2 year old boy named Liam.  Kevin is the primary caretaker for Liam while Ann teaches.  Recently, Kevin had to have triple bypass heart surgery, and he’s having trouble with his kidney (he donated the other to his father.)  This amazing family needs a little help to get through this hard time.  They have had to put Liam in childcare and they have medical expenses piling up.  The amazing Karen Kelly has set up a page to help raise funds for the family.
Please check out their GoFundMe page

If you are hopping, you may have arrived here from Susan Raihala’s blog and your next stop will be the blog of Kim Hall

Our thoughts and love go out to Ann and her family. We are sending them love and prayers.
In the spirit of the love we are sending them, we thought this Valentine’s project below fit well. We are sending love and hugs to Ann, Kevin and Liam!
