  1. Very cute fitness planner set, and LOVE the new embossing powders, especially Rose Gold! My fitness tip: ahem, get off your fanny! I just set up a standing computer and craft station so I must do just that! I can tell already that it has helped my posture and lower back…

  2. Best fitness tip is to walk everywhere! Even if it means you are shopping … 😛 I always make a conscious effort to walk to where I need to be, and if I can't, then I'll make sure I get off the train/bus one stop before so I can get in some extra steps!

  3. I don't have a planner and thought I'll not need planner stamp sets but darn, these cards are so cute! I have not thought about planner stamps could be used to create such gorgeous cards! and the colours are amazing!
My Health tip is to care for your knees and the back, and do fitness exercises that strengthen these two and if you make other exercises look that they don't hurt your knees or back (e.g. jogging can hurt the knees if you don't do it carefully, if you have knee problems cycling is the better alternative for stamina)

  4. eat in small size plates and park the car far from shop's entrance. go for a walk every sunday, and most of all cook your own food to avoid bad ingredients.

  5. Great inspiration from the DT. My favorite health tip: drink a lot of water, cook at home from a whole food, lot of vegetables and fruits, walk every day, and make aqua fitness.

  6. Love the fitness stamps! My tip is to make sure to include some strength training in your fitness routine. Strength training can help to build stability (which can prevent injuries), increases metabolism, and helps to keep your bones strong (not just your muscles!).

  7. Love the cute fitness stamps… My fitness tip? Get a dog… A big one… It needs to be walked three times a day and will keep you moving! I had no idea how much until we got ours! We love her!

  8. My fitness tip is divide your plate in half. On one half of the plate put as many fruits and vegetables you can. On the other half, divide the plate again. Top half is meat, and bottom half is a starch. 🙂

  9. My fitness tip would be to find something you genuinely enjoy doing and not focus on the desired results. Happy people are beautiful people.
Love the cute little images and the rose gold embossing powder!

  10. Such sweet stamps! My fitness tip – I work a sit down type of job all day like many folks, I park the furthest away from my building so I get a good walk when I get to work and when I leave!

  11. Elena's card is just so darling…. those little snowmen and the light soft colors go so well together! I love the little bit of sparkle on those snow banks… makes the card over the top precious! 🙂 I love all of the wonderful inspiration and need to get crafty ASAP. My favorite tip is to drink plenty of water… I forget to all the time! 🙂

  12. Yay! Love the new mini ink cubes and embossing powders! Can't wait for a chance to create! My fitness tip is drink plenty of water and find something that is fun to do, everyone has a sport they are good at, you just have to play and try new things everyday.

  13. I love seeing the 'planner stamps' used for cards, so cute and encouraging.
My fitness tip of the day, start each morning with a glass of water, before anything else.

  14. Such cute projects! I myself am not a planner, so it was nice to see some other ways to use 'planning stamps'. One fitness tip I can offer – after running, jogging or speed walking, always cool down by walking at a slower speed for at least two minutes, stretch and ice your shins when you are sitting on the ground – I did this back when I used to speed walk 5+ miles a day, 6 days a week, and NEVER got shin splints! And try to drink 8 glasses of water a day if you can – SO many health and beauty benefits for your body! Thanks for So many generous chances to win! Another fabulous winter release! 🙂

  15. Find an exercise plan that you can fit into your day, get a friend to commit to it with you, and you'll be much more likely to stick to it. I've been going to Jazzercise 5 days a week for 35 years! It works for me.

  16. I love the rose gold embossing powder. My fitness tip is have a friend tag along while you workout. It's will be fun! And don't for forget to drink water and stretch before doing any physical activities.

  17. Wow , so much encouragement, I love it! My advice is drink lots of water and commit to going with a friend! These are such beautiful products and the design team has showcased them so well. I do not have a planner, so wasn't sure what I would do with this set but I love all the different ideas here today! Awesome job!

  18. It doesn't matter what you do or how long…just get out there and do something active daily.
Love this stamp set for cards…never thought to use it other than a planner.

  19. My fitness tip would bee to get exercise like walking (I walk my dog & other dogs I care for) and ride my adult bicycle (has 3 wheels) along with my tandem bicycle that i ride with my hubby. Like the creations with mini fitness icons as well as the Halloween & Christmas creations.

  20. The design team is awesome as always! Love the rose gold embossing powder, and now thanks to the ink cubes I can get all the LF ink colours, so thank you for that! When it comes to exersice, science show that small things might actually be better than working your but off a couple of times a week, like kust standing up twice every hour if your sitting at work or in front of the TV or standing on the subway or bus instead of sitting etc. Tiny things but theu have a great inpact on cardiovacular health foe example.

  22. Amazing inspiration, as always! I don't have a tip but I do find having something on hand to do while watching TV keeps me from wanting to snack along with my favorite shows. I keep a cross stitch or crochet project next to the couch at all times 🙂

  23. I love Plan On It: Fitness! So cute! 🙂 Sorry you've been under the weather this week – here's hoping you get well soon! My fav health tip is to add accountability to your workouts. You can support each other throughout the workout and celebrate the achievement each day! Plus, it's easier to say no to yourself than it is to say no to someone else who is counting on you being there!

  24. So cute! Love all the ways the design team used the planner stamps! My best health or fitness tip is just to find balance. I am never going to be high school skinny again and that's ok with me! I just have to keep on track and make good choices but depriving yourself is too depressing. It's all about balance! 🙂

  25. My fitness tip is to get up every hour and move it! Go for a 5 minute walk, do some stretches or an exercise. I'm loving the design team cards … Elise's is my favourite today

  26. I originally got the Plan On It: Fitness stamp for my friend because she uses a fitness planner, but now I think I will get one for myself too. My fitness tip for today is to take time to relax, unwind, de-stress, or like I like to say, "Keep Calm and Card-Make On!". Let's not forget our mental health and overall well-being!

  27. Lovely inspiration as always! My tip is no matter what you do, always, always stretch before and after exercising to avoid injuries, I have seen it happening so many times it is shocking! Ah! also if you are like me and there is no sports bone in your body don't give up!, find a routine or class that works for you and makes you feel better and dont stop, you may slow down, but dont stop! Thnaks for all you share, have a wonderful day!

  28. What works for me is starting each day with some yoga exercises. What also works but what I don't do often enough is going for a walk in the woods or on the beach.

  29. Adorable projects! My health/fitness tip is to get enough sleep and choose a fitness activity that you enjoy so that you will stick with it.

  30. Gosh, I never thought about using planner stamps on cards. These are the cutest greetings to inspire friends! My approach to fitness lately is: Small changes over time can help you reach your goals. None of us is perfect, but as long as we keep active and watch what we eat, we invest in ourselves and make progress toward a better, more healthy lifestyle.

  31. What a cute use for the planner stamps on other projects…these ideas would work for any tiny motif stamps. I'll be using this idea again!

  32. My FAVORITE Tip is to drink LOTS of H2O!!! It's SO IMPORTANT!! LOVED the Inspiration Week and ALL of the AMAZING Inspiration shared!! THANKS for the chances to WIN and I hope you feel BETTER SOON!! ❤️😘❤️

  33. What darling projects!! So I hurt my back really bad back in 1998. I learned the best way to get up from a lying down position.Roll to either side and push up, swing your legs over the edge of the bed and while you finish pushing your self up to a sitting position, then slowing stand up.

  34. Thanks for great ideas for this awesome stamp set
I have it and love it for my calendar..
Thank you Lawn Fawn for superior products

  35. Cute set! I have back issues and balance issues. I try to work on balancing exercises daily. I stand on my toes, kick my leg back at my knees, take my leg to the side, knee lifts, and basically standing straight and tall. I always roll to my side before getting up. If I stick to the simple things, I can stay away from the doctor and physical therapy.

  36. Great designs by the team. The fitness tip that's worked best for me is to plan exercise in my day and actually schedule it in. Something else that's worked for me is a personal trainer – she personalizes all my workouts to account for my injuries which has made it so that I actually will do the workouts because my body doesn't ache after.

  37. Fantastic and very inspiring creations ! I'm not a fitness fan, I prefer to walk in fresh air, and with my dogs, it's always great fun in addition of exercise !

  38. Cute little images and love the colors and embossing powders. Several years ago I took a Diabetes Prevention Program through my work. I lost 28 pounds and have kept it off. Exercise and diet are key. Exercise is important to your health but diet is key to weight loss. My tip, research healthy eating. For me it was lowering fat, for others it's lowering carbs. But whatever you choose to do stick to it (for the rest of your life). You can diet and lose weight but if you go back to old habits you won't be able to maintain the weight loss.

  39. Super cute ideas! Like the ideas of using the plan it stamps! My fitness tip is make sure you eat something before you are overly hungry and try to drink as much water as you can everyday.

  40. Love the embossing powder colours! Plan It: Fitness has such cute images – love all the cards made with it. My tip is to drink mainly water, avoid sugary drinks like the plague!

  41. I always think about ordering the plan on it sets, but think "nah, I'd never use them." These inspire me and I realize ideally would use them. I need to order them. My fitness tip is make sure to listen to your body and take care of it. If you need a Day of rest, allow it, if you are mentally or emotionally drained, it will effect you physically. Make sure to get plenty of rest, eat well and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.

  42. I find exercising in the morning before work/school is the best time to not let anything get in the way. Also parking the car farther away or taking the stairs are good ideas too. Adorable mini stamps.

  43. Love all the gorgeousness…
and seeing how to use this awesome little set in so many ways!
My tip…always wear your sneakers. You're more apt to move if you have on comfortable shoes! 🙂

  44. Cute stamps! My fitness tip would be to start a habit tracker, just getting to put a tick next to 'drink water' or 'eat fruit' at the end of each day makes me so much more likely to do it! Just imagine if you could use one of the tiny plan on it stamps for it too! Lou x

  45. So much great work. Each day is been an endless supply of inspiration during a busy card sending season. It couldn't come at a better time. Thanks so much!

  46. Oh I love the fitness planner set! My sister is a personal trainer and I see the possibility of cards for her and her clients using this set! My fitness tip is pick something you really enjoy, that makes you happy while you're doing it, makes you feel great after you're done and something you actually miss doing if you miss a session.

  47. My fitness tip is that Pilates is great for your core – a worthwhile form of exercise. I go to classes led by a physiotherapist, so I can be sure I am in good hands and have good supervision to ensure I do the exercises properly. She knows if any of us have weaknesses in any muscles so adjusts exercises for individuals on this basis.
