Let’s check out some awesome samples!

Today we have a video by Eloise showing how she made a beautiful set of cards with Gift Box packaging! You can watch the video here or at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Winter Big Scripty Words adds a bold greeting to Eloise’s beautiful card design!

Eloise ink-blended with Distress inks to create the gorgeous blue sky! The Winter Village images were water-colored with Zig watercolor markers and a waterbrush.

The Gift Box is decorated with a Large Wreath and Scripty For You!

Latisha created a sweet card and Pillow Box set using the cute deer from Cheery Christmas with a greeting from Happy Happy Happy Add-On! I love her pretty water-coloring, it adds so much softness!

Lizzy‘s fun and festive card combines Let’s Bokeh with a greeting from Merry Messages! I love how she used first generation and second generation stamping with the fun colors of the bokeh dots!

Elise‘s Magic Color Slider card is filled with sweet images from Cheery Christmas, and the tree from Trim the Tree!

I love how the colorful scene is revealed on this special card design!

Jessica used the ink “smooshing” technique to create a beautiful color wash on her Stitched Ornaments! She added a greeting from Merry Messages!

Samantha‘s Winter Otter card is otterly adorable! I love the awesome watercolor waves!

  1. my favorite holiday music is playing the christmas parc music from disneyland Paris. Especially their former christmas parade song: "Chante c'est Noël (Let's sing, its Christmas)". To me it combines two magical things into one: Disney Magic and Holiday Magic.

  2. Oh my (sigh!). I just love the little scenes that your stamps create! Definitely a magical Christmas with Lawn Fawn. My favorite holiday song is The Christmas Song. I can hear Nat King Cole singing it. Thanks for the inspiration to start my day!

  3. Favorite Christmas music is "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" I like making cards with that sentiment as well. It doesn't snow very often here, but you can hope!
Love the Let's Bokeh card! One of the first Lawn Fawn sets I bought (maybe the first?) and am glad to see some inspiration for it.

  4. I love the village card. It's so colorful and homey. It makes me want to be there. Kinda like a snow globe when you were a kid. Okay………..sometimes now, too! They are all very pretty and cute.

My favorite Christmas song is "Mary Did You Know". [Bunny]

  5. Loved watching the Zig colouring! Wow that’s brilliant! I’ve never used them but they sure did a fabulous job on the sweet houses and trees. Great idea to make the card set. My favourite holiday song is Jingle Bells as sung by very young children! Complete with wrong lyrics and off key. My heart bursts with happiness.

  6. I must confess that I started listening to Christmas music last week! 🙂 My favorite carol is "O Holy Night" and my favorite song is " I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas"!

  7. Wow, I am loving the inspiration here today! I have a lot of favourite Christmas songs and I also enjoy the contemporary ones. I love listening to the local radio here in December to hear all the Christmas music! I wish they played it all year long! If I had to pick a favouite, it would be one of the oldies but goodies, "I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" or "Must be Santa." They always brings a smile to my face!

  8. So much cuteness, and so many different styles – fantastic! To answer today's question – "Mistletoe and wine" is one of my very favorite ones for sure! That, and "Driving home for Christmas", as I don't live in my home country anymore!

  9. Soo many cute and clever projects again today! Adore the card set featured in the video! Christmas music is my FAVORITE but the most favorite song of mine is Breath of Heaven by Amy Grant. I literally cry almost every time I hear it. Love love love!

  10. Beautiful sets and cards. I love all the traditional Christmas carols but for fun I like "Grandma got run over by a reindeer" – it always makes me laugh.

  11. Really loving the fun Holiday inspiration in the post today! My favorite Christmas music is by Mannheim Steamroller "Carol of the Bells"…not Christmas without that song! 🙂

  12. Love, love, love all of the cards, especially the magic slider card. My favorite song is I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.

  13. I'm loving all of the cards today! I particularly like the Let's Bokeh card – I have the set, but haven't found many uses for it, so I'll be trying this one out. 🙂 My fav carol is Oh Come All Ye Faithful, and I LOVE the version by Pentatonix!

  14. That's an easy one : White Christmas ! As for the cookies, I'm very classical for my Christmas music ! All the card presented are fantastic and I'm now ready to go to my craft room….

  15. That Winter Village and deer are adorable! I can't pick a favorite carol! I love every Sunday in December when we, the church, sing the great Christmas hymns! Listening to my granddaughters sing Jingle Bells (even in August) is always great, too!

  16. Lovin' all the inspiration this week! My favorite Christmas carol is Jingle Bells because it's the one my 4 year old sings on repaeat at Christmas (it's the only one he knows the words to :))

  17. Our family tradition is to put on our old and scratched vinyl record of Herman Van Veen's Christmas carols while trimming the tree. I love all those songs (fairly sure my first comment gOz lost when my phone crashed, sorry if it is a double post )

  18. These are all such lovely cards, and the pillow box is so cute 🙂 I love the idea of making a set of cards for a gift. My favorite holiday song is White Christmas, and anything by Trans-Siberian Orchestra!

  19. All these cards are fabulous – especially love Eloise's colourful Winter Village and Elise's Christmas tree Magic Slider! My favourite Christmas carol is Joy to the World.

  20. My favorite Christmas music is pretty much anything holiday from Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I love how they mix rock with classical! "Christmas Eve – Sarajevo 1984" was what got me hooked on them. Great cards on the post today, and thank you to Eloise for the video! 🙂 ~ Andrea

  21. Such great designs – I'm learning I need to be more patient with my cards! I LOVE "Silent Night" – I somehow got in the habit of humming it to my son when he was a baby trying to fall asleep and it's always been special to us both.

  22. Beautiful projects today!
My favorite Christmas song is Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth, sung by Bing Crosby and David Bowie. Also O Holy Night (Bing Crosby has a great version of that too. Yup, I love the classics of my childhood. ❤️)

  23. Fabulous cards today. I love Jessica's stitched ornament card. The waterwash colour and all the shine of the ornaments is just gorgeous! Favourite Christmas song of mine is O Holy Night. It's been a favourite of mine since I was a young girl. There was an older man in my church who, to this day, sings it the best I've ever heard!

  24. Seriously – I want to re-create EVERY SINGLE ONE of these projects! I love them all! My favorite traditional Christmas Carol is Oh Holy Night, my favorite holiday pop song is Mariah Carey's All I want for Christmas is You! 🙂

  25. Love the card set, and the serene and colorful ornament card! I really gotta get my stuff out and play… My favorite holiday song is Kay Starr's (Everybody's waiting for) The Man with a Bag. So happy and merry!

  26. My favorite Christmas music is Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas is You and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Christmas / Sarajevo 12/24. I love Eloise's card!!!

  27. Love the stamped pillow box! So clever! Too many great carols! I love "O Holy Night," "Mary Did You Know," and "Chestnuts Roasting" (not the real name, I know…)
