Elena’s Hot Cocoa Party!

It’s time for another creative party idea with Elena! This time she created a peppermint-y hot cocoa bar for her family to enjoy while trimming the tree! I would love to join her family for these yummy treats!

Cupcakes in bright red Stitched Scalloped Cupcake Wrappers and gorgeous toppers make decorating the tree a festive occasion! Not to mention a yummy one, too!

Giant Merry Christmas spells out a cheery greeting!

Elena created this beautiful cardinal using Magic Iris Birdhouse Add-On. To add the cardinal’s tuft, she cleverly used a bird wing from another set, Center Picture Window Card Heart Add-On! That is so genius! I love how she layered the cardinal on a black Stitched Ornament, then layered that with a Peppermint Stripe one!

It wouldn’t be a hot cocoa bar without some delicious additions! Elena set out bowls filled with cracked candy canes, chocolate chips and marshmallows!

It’s all in the details! To decorate the bowls, Elena combined Christmas Garland and a tiny Stitched Ornament! I love the pretty chalk board look she gave the ornament, which serves as the label!

Elena combined the Peppermint Stripes Backdrop with our Candy Box to make these uniquely festive treat holders! She shows you how below!

Create the peppermint candy box!

A simple red Tiny Gift Box with a bright white bow continues the color theme! You will find the stitched bow our Stitched Basket set.

Those of you who have been following Elena’s party idea posts may recognize this amazing String of Lights banner! Once you put all that work into creating the perfect Christmas garland you will want to reuse it every year!

I can’t wait to use these great ideas, Elena! Thanks so much for the inspiration!

Elena’s Let it Snow Party!

Looks like snow flurries happening at Elena‘s brilliant Let it Snow Party! Elena is back with another fabulous party idea! This time she is bringing all the snowflakes!

This party decor is so frosty and fun! Everything coordinates with beautiful Deep Sea ink, Chili Pepper cardstock and of course all those fabulous snowflakes!

For the Stitched Party Banner, she inked the flags with Deep Sea and splattered some water for texture. Next, she layered Stitched Snowflake Frames with Oliver’s Stitched ABCs to spell out S N O W!

The party theme comes across big and blog with our Giant Let It Snow greeting! Elena layered it with an offset shadow and then attached it to a paper straw as a cupcake topper!

She also created a snowman themed cupcake topper with Stitched Snowflake Frame! She assembled the snowman with a scarf from Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On! Guess what she used as the carrot nose? It’s the unicorn horn from Tiny Gift Box Unicorn and Horse Add-On, so clever!

You’ll find snow flurries on the Scalloped Treat Boxes from all the Stitched Snowflakes and Mini Snowflakes! She added fun detail with the cute mittens, also from Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On set!

She included more little mittens on the drink bottles too! This time she used Winter Tiny Tags with stitched detail on cuff from the Stitched Ornaments set.

To create the sweet little favor box ornaments, Elena started with a Tiny Gift Box. Then she die cut a snowflake from white Textured Dot cardstock and backed it with light blue cardstock. The pretty red heart carries on the red and blue color story!

This Let it Snow party decor is so beautiful! Thank you so much for inspiring us once again, Elena!
