Grace’s Cute Bee Happy Card and Bookmark!

Grace is with us today to share an adorable card and bookmark design featuring our new Tiny Gift Box Bee Add-On!

The sweet greeting for this beautiful card combines Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and a sentiment from Sweetest Flavor! Grace used the “thanks” die cut from our Fancy Box die set to finish the sentiment!

To create this adorable tall slimline design, Grace used the Cloudy Stencil to blend on Distress Ink in Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers. Then she used Distress Oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover to add color to the Simple Grassy Hillside Borders.

Grace added the little bees flying overhead from our Meadow Backdrop: Portrait die set and gave them cute bee trails using Butterfly Kisses!

Grace got really creative with the jar of honey! She used the How You Bean? mason jar and the Shaker Add-On with acetate and foam tape to make it look 3D.

To add the honey drips on top of the jar she used a die from I Scream, You Scream! So clever! The large drip of honey is the bee stinger from the Tiny Gift Box Bee Add-On! For the honey inside the jar she used the Stitched Simple Wavy Borders then she colored all the honey elements with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink and Copic markers.

These super cute bookmarks are sweet and simple to make! Grace cut Sunflower cardstock to 4 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ and added the Bee Add-On to the top along with strips of Black Licorice cardstock! She die cut the wings from Pearlescent Vellum and attached them to the bee. Then she created the sweet sentiment using Violet’s ABCs and Offset Sayings: Birthday!

Thank you so much for sharing this delightful inspiration with us today, Grace!

Elena’s Car-themed Party

We are so happy to have Elena with us today to share another amazing idea for DIY party decor! This time she inspires us with a Car Critters themed party to celebrate her nephew’s fifth birthday!

Elena created a fun black, white and red color scheme for this party! For the checkered flag backdrop she simply cut black and white cardstock to 8 x 8 squares! The Stitched Party Banner stands out in Black Licorice cardstock with white Oliver’s Stitched ABCs letters!

For the adorable party favors, Elena stenciled fluffy clouds on the Scalloped Treat Box! Then she added a Simple Road Border and the Car Critters car! She included a cute little tag stamped with “beep! beep!” from the Village Heroes set!

Elena shares that the clever stoplight treats are ready-made Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Treats® Original Bars and Skittles! Add a pop stick and they are ready to wow!

The cupcake toppers feature more cute Car Critters! The red cars coordinate with the red Stitched Scalloped Cupcake Wrappers!

The water bottles have adorable labels with the same decoration as the treat boxes!

This party decor is so bright, happy and fun! Thank you for sharing with us today, Elena!

Franci’s Uplifting Really High Five Card

Franci is with us today sharing sweet Really High Five inspiration!

Franci used an Outside In Stitched Heart Stackable to create a window in a white cardstock panel. She stamped the sentiment then layered it over a dark blue panel that she drew sweet polka dots on using a white gel pen.

She colored the critters and balloons from Really High Five with Copic markers in soft colors. I love how Franci gave the fox the heart from A Birdie Told Me to hold. It’s such a sweet detail!

Thank you so much for sharing this adorable card with us today, Franci!
