Joyce joins us today with an adorably clever snorkeling-themed card! She takes the Pool Party critters to the beach to meet friends from You Are Sublime and Ocean Shell-fie! And of course, fun follows!
Joyce created the ocean backdrop using Ocean Wave Stencils, inking them with Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink. Then she added sparkling bubbles over the top with Fairy Dust Stencil paste and Bubbles Stencil.
