Design Team Inspiration

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using these new sets! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details! And leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Marine made a pair of cards with a stenciled background and two adorable Porcu-pine for You scenes! This first one is a slimline with Lots of Hearts Background Stencils and Slimline Grassy Stencil. She added the log from Wood You Be Mine as a fun spot for the hugging porcupines to sit!

Marine’s second design is a mini slimline that features Porcu-pine for You Add-On! She used Lots of Hearts Background Stencils and cute succulents from Simply Celebrate Summer!

Quill you be mine? Caly‘s sweet card features cute critters from both sets with an adorable, punny sentiment! She used Cloudy Stencil and Grassy Stencil to set the scene for porcupine fun!

Audrey‘s adorable card uses the Porcu-pine for You critters to send happy birthday wishes! The porcupines will be fun to use all year long, not just for Valentine’s Day! In addition to Birthday Before ‘n Afters for the cake, Audrey also used Bunting Borders and Simple Puffy Cloud Frames!

Mindy‘s thank you card features a critter from Porcu-pine for You Add-On! The coordinating die set has a die to cut out the arms so this cutie can hold things like the tiny cactus! Mindy used Quilted Heart Backdrop and an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle to add even more cuteness!

Grace‘s Peekaboo Pop-Up card is so full of whimsy! She used our new Happy Mushrooms with Mushroom House to create a fairytale scene for the porcupines!

A little Valentine greeting on a heart pops-up when the Peekaboo card is pulled open! So cute!

Tammy framed her loving little scene with Little Heart Strings Border at the top. Then she added the punny sentiment on a stitched banner from the new Ta-Da! Diorama! Heart Window Add-On to ground her sweet scene.

I love how Megan mixed old with new on her clever Scalloped Slimline with Hearts card! The porcupines are sending Valentine love with the help of You’re Just My Type!

Elise gave her porcupines a cute color combination before she placed them a scene made with Stitched Cloud Backdrop and Meadow Backdrop: Landscape. The little porcupine on the stump is from Porcu-pine for You Add-On. How cute is that tiny snail smiling in the corner! Love it so “mush”!

Yainea‘s card is so clever and adorable! She used our new Radiant Heart Backdrop to build this sweet scene on. I love how she added the leaves from Happy Mushrooms to add some pretty color!

Lynnette‘s simple design is so sweet! She created a little vignette with Porcu-pine for You, then she used Giant XOXO with a sentiment from this new set.

Mindy‘s sweet card makes me smile so much! I love the cute little porcupine with all the teal mushrooms and the teeny snail! The Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame and Stripes ‘n Sprinkles paper add to the cuteness!

Using the Fruit Salad gingham paper in the background gives Elena‘s design a homespun look that is so sweet! She framed her darling scene with a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window.

Latisha‘s Valentine card is so charming with a red Fancy Scalloped Rectangle bordering the cute porcupines! She also used the new Heart Wreath Stencils to frame the hugging critters!

  1. I would love a set of fun and cute snakes!
Maybe they could hug around something like a heart or maybe slithering by carrying a cake?

  2. I would love to see some red pandas, tigers, cranes, lizards or sea creatures. Also I’d always love more cats! The design team samples are just amazing!

  3. I never have any ideas for critters you haven’t done but you always come up with something fantastic! Love the porcupines!

  4. Meerkats, rays, red pandas, possums. Or additional foxes and raccoons. My nieces love orcas and dolphins so that would be appealing too.

  5. So many great suggestions already! I can’t think of anything new to contribute at the moment. Love the porcupines!

  6. Think I would like to see more bunnies and maybe chipmunks! Love the super cute porcupines in today’s inspiration!

  7. I would love to see more north woods animals like loons, foxes, and baby/mama deer! So excited for this release!

  8. You have so many cute critters it is hard to think of anything you don’t have. My favorite is the hedgehog, I would buy more of those

  9. Gosh, this is a hard question! There are seals but I feel they’re under represented and need a full size set on their own!

  10. I would like to see a Schnug Dog Critter added to the collection. We have the cutest Miniature Schnauzer / Pug Mixed Breed Dog. He has the coloring of a Pug with a cute curly tail and his face is that of a Schnauzer with his long lashes and mustache. He is loved by everyone.

  11. I think horses would be fun, or more duck families, or rabbits (woodland style over Easter), perhaps geese roo.
    Lovely lil porcupine set

  12. Love the sweet little prickly porcupines!! I love the idea of more breeds and sizes of dogs, like a poodle or spaniels. I also like your chimpanzees, gorillas, monkeys, lemurs! Maybe in the party animal stamp size and style. 🐒 As the Barenaked Ladies song asks, “Haven’t you always wanted a monkey?”

  13. Oh my gosh, the porcupines are so cute! I’d love to see an Americana set of critters….eagle, bison and mustangs…
I need to make some fun patriotic critter cards.

  14. Camels, donkeys, horses … oh how about some piggies. Monkeys, Flamingos, …. I could go on and on… Even snakes and lizards 🙂

  15. I love all the LF critters! I’m especially fond of teddy bears. (And, I’m naïve about coloring them, but pandas, too.) My vote is for teddy bears and pandas.

  16. A Scottish Highland Cow please!!!!!! All your critters are so cute I would love to see your take on a Highland cutie!

  17. I would like to see more birds. Especially because they can be so many different types and colours. Thanks for the chance to win.

  18. Any type of bird! I’m a bird nerd. lol
Such adorable inspiration using the new products.
I love the heart strings die.

  19. Pandas, Monkeys, zebras, turtles, Lions, and a baby in a stroller, crib and high chair in the tiny friends and maybe someone in a wheel chair or using a walker or cane.

  20. Never thought I would see a porcupine as
so cute and cuddly. I’m always looking
    for elephants. thanks for sharing.

  21. I think a little gecko, capybaras, llamas, pigs or chickens would be so cute. I love all the bears and dogs we have but can always use more! I love the little snail and the mushrooms in this release.

  22. These are so adorable!! I’d love to see a set with prairie dogs! We have a bunch around here and they’re really cute and funny.

  23. All your critters are great, I would like to see more birds, perhaps a wise owl – great for teacher and graduation cards.

  24. Llamas, giraffes, octopuses, sea turtles, sea horses, kangaroos, all get my vote! I also like the suggestion about an Americana set with bison, bald eagle, antelope, armadillo, etc.

  25. My vote is for my favorite exotic animal – the okapi. But I think capybaras would be cute too; obviously they would play well with all the other stamp sets since they get along with basically all other animals.

  26. I would like to see chipmunks since squirrels get all the attention… there are probably some good puns you could create for “chip” — esp for Father’s Day with “chip off the old block” etc. I would also love to see horses and/or ducks.

These peeks are so cute! I love what I see!

  27. Great peeks so far, I would like to see a bison, bald eagle, or I saw an okapi in the comments, which is a great suggestion!

  28. The porcupine set is such a surprise. I know Lawn Fawn already have a kangaroo and giraffe, but I wish they have their own set/collection 💕

  29. I love so many of the suggestions others have posted. Would be especially excited to see more whales. Moose would be fun too – moose and squirrel perhaps – shades of Rocky and Bullwinkle. LOL! Love the new porcupines!

  30. You’ve came out with so many cute sets, it hard to think of anything new but I’m sure you will come up with something new. I thought the porcupines, were hedgehogs at first glance. They are adorable

  31. LF makes any animal the cutest! I’m on the lookout for meerkats, kangas, and monkeys myself, but am happy to see anything new in the collection.

  32. These porcupines are another great adorable addition to the LF critter line! I would love to see pandas or giraffes.

  33. I adore the Lawn Fawn critters, and these little porcupines don’t disappoint! I think monkeys would be a fun addition.

  34. The possibilities are endless in deciding a fun new creature. Have you seen The Red Panda? They are very darling. Probably could use a little attention too since they are rare.

  35. My critter suggestions are woodpeckers (“I would peck you!”); Moose (“You moose me!”); Lawn Fawn’s deer; Gorilla and Orangutan. Great inspiration from the Design Team!!!

  36. I like the critters that are in Critters in the Arctic. It would be cool to see them update to the newer lawn fawn style. Especially a walrus!

  37. I really like hedgehogs but I guess porcupines are similar so maybe armadillos? Also capybaras, moles and raccoons would be cute. 🦔🦝

  38. These sets are so sharp!! I’m really pining for the release date! Critters I would love to see added to the Lawn Fawn line up would be pandas. lemurs, and more llamas.

  39. These porcupines are so cute! Honestly, I trust LF to release cute ANYTHING – so I have no suggestions. I love it all!

  40. I think a set with moose would be so adorable. Plus it would be great for those sometimes hard to make masculine cards.

  41. These Porcupines are so cute! I would love to see some Chihuahua puppies, because I love mine so much, but what would also be SO COOL would be Peacocks!!!

  42. I want ALL the animals! I’d love to see some raccoons, alpacas, Guinea pigs, giraffes and of course, more mice. I know some of these animals have been made as part of a set before, but I’d love to see them featured rather just a part of something else.

  43. These are adorable!

I would love to see a set with otters – especially a stamp of two otters holding hands. Red Pandas would also be cute.
    .

  44. I’d love to see a bigger variety of parrots 🙂
Prairie dogs would be cute too
A bigger set of alpacas would be fun too!
Maybe different types of chickens as well.

  45. The creativity and detail are all SO adorable! Love all the little critters. I’m new to stamping and card making like this so I so appreciate how much work goes into each detail. Thank you so much for all the inspiration!

  46. I forgot to add how I like to eat waffles… when they are made by someone else and they do the dishes. Like at a restaurant.. 🙂

  47. Hi Law Fawn, I thought those porcupines were fluffy hedgies. LOL yes, I crack myself up. Glad to see the are porcupines. I can’t even imagine what animals you don’t have. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thanks. Love my L F critters.

  48. Pandas would be super cute. I’d love you to update your cat with some new ones, fat ones, striped ones etc, I love cats.

  49. My favourite animal is a cat I have two I would ive to see a cat themed set that clue be used year round with cats in different positions and maybe some boxes for the cats to play in also would I’ve Australian animals of any type

  50. These porcupines are adorable!! Do you have any otters in your stamp sets? If not, I think they should be the next animals–so cute!

  51. I love flamingos, so more flamingos doing anything, and maybe guinea pigs, trying to think of ones you don’t have already.
    Frogs?

  52. I would love to see opossums. They are such misunderstood critters but they are adorable. I have a bunch of friends who adore them and I would love to be able to make some cards for them.

  53. Amazing creations by the design team with these mega cute new critters! I would like to see some set with panda’s in the future

  54. I would love to see the design team create seahorses, sea turtles, dolphins along with King Neptune with Mermaid & Merman stamp & die sets. 💙 This would be a great summer release, 😍
