Today, Chari shares a brilliant “faux inlay” technique using Folksy Sprig Border! She created two beautiful cards using this background with Scripty Thinking of You. You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

This faux inlay with Folksy Sprig Border is such a fun technique! And it’s perfect for filling a background to pair with a large die cut greeting! Chari layered Scripty Thinking of You with a vellum Scripty Thinking of You Outline Add-On to finish this beautiful card!

I love how the colorful “inlay” looks with kraft cardstock, too! I hope you try this fun technique!

These beautiful butterflies are fluttering by to say hello in a lovely butterfly garden! Elena used a sentiment from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Butterfly and Layered Butterflies along with Big Blossom Backdrop: Portrait to create her gorgeous design. And I love the tiny butterflies from Shadow Box Card Spring Add-On are so sweet!

Marine‘s bright and cheery card is sure to lift anyone’s spirit! She inked up a Sunburst Backdrop with a bold rainbow of colors to match the brightly colored I Like Big Butterflies! And the layered sentiment with gold sparkle cardstock makes this get-well card so special!

Grace shares another sweet design featuring Build-A-Bunny with our new Build-A-Critter Spring Accessories and I love it so much! The pastel clouds are the perfect backdrop for the cute critters!

Megan also made a card to wish a speedy recovery! She combined I Like Big Butterflies with All the Grasses, All the Clouds and A Mole Lot of Flowers to create snapshot in a Say Cheese Again frame. It’s such a clever design and so sweet!

Tammy‘s airmail themed card pairs Have a Mice Flight with Just Plane Awesome in a design that’s so clever. She used Postage Rectangle Stackables and the coordinating Postage Rectangle Stackables Stencils create a crisp white border. And then she stenciled the airmail stripes using Skinny Stripes Stencils in red and blue ink to create the border.

This card by Latisha is so sweet and beautifully simple! I love how she layered the flowers and leaves in the Big Blossom Backdrop: Portrait to add dimension and more color.

Melissa combined I Like Big Butterflies, Blissful Blossoms paper and Scripty Thinking of You to create a design that is so cheerful and cute!

Audrey‘s clean and simple design is so stunning with pretty texture from Quilted Diamond Backdrop! Then she arranged one beautiful flower from Big Blossom Backdrop with a big butterfly and a sweet greeting from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Butterfly.

Elise‘s card sends a Scripty Hello with a stenciled Butterfly Background that is so gorgeous. And the beautiful sentiment is from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Butterfly!

Melissa‘s bright Big Blossom Backdrop blooms are so striking against the blue Stitched Cloud Backdrop. She also included a sentiment from I Like Big Butterflies.

I love how Yainea’s simply beautiful card features greenery from Build-A-Wheelbarrow with a layered Scripty Thinking of You message! And the addition of the smiling “big butterfly” is so adorable as well!

Lynnette created a whimsical butterfly garden with beautiful pink blossoms and the scripty sentiment from I Like Big Butterflies! And the adorable big butterflies are so perfect paired with Big Blossom Backdrop!
