Mimi has some amazing Fall inspiration for us featuring Big Hugs Pop-Up and Leaf and Acorn Border! Her beautiful card captures what we love about “sweater weather”, the changing colors of leaves, crisp air, pumpkins and of course, sweaters!
Mimi used patterned papers to fill the front of her card with lovely Autumn color! The Giant Happy Fall greeting is cut from the Falling Leaves petite paper pack, and the blue paper looks so fresh and pretty with all the Fall color!
Then Mimi cut lots of Leaf and Acorn Border leaves from colorful Favorite Flannel Fall papers. I love how they appear to be falling into the border at the bottom with the cute acorns!
And then, when you open the card, wow! There’s the adorable interactive bear from Big Hugs Pop-Up! He opens his arms to give a hug wearing the cutest sweater! Mimi got really creative, making the sweater with paper from Sweater Weather. Then she added cuffs and collar in Textured Canvas Aqua cardstock using Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On and Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On (detailed snow globe base).
And then Mimi created the most beautiful Fall background with Stitched Pumpkins and Tree House along with more leaves and acorns and Falling Leaves paper. As a final detail, she stamped the heartfelt sentiment from Simply Fall Sentiments.
