Karin joins us again today to share a pair of adorable welcome baby cards! Her simple design is so sweet!

Karin started her card with a white cardbase on which she stamped the sentiment in Black Licorice ink. She cut another white cardstock panel and stamped the Elephant Parade Add-On image. Next, she cut a mask from a full-stick Post-It note to mask the elephant and balloon before inking the background. Then while the mask is still in place, she stenciled the Cloud Background and added some white splatters.

Finally, she removed the masks and colored the stamped images with Copic markers. Then she popped up the inked and colored panel with foam on the cardbase.

Thanks so much for this sweet and lovely inspiration, Karin!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.11.23} Marine’s Modified Shutter Card Scene

Join us TODAY, April 11th, 2023 at 4:30PM PT / 7:30PM ET on YouTube Live! Craft along with Jenn and Kelly, you’ll find all the details HERE. We can’t wait, see you then!

Marine is back to share another fabulous card creation! This time she created an extended scene card using the Shutter Card die set and cute elephants! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Marine used our Shutter Card die to create a super-sized gate-fold scene. She decorated the band for the folded card with a cute Fly High hot air balloon and a smiling elephant. It’s a little hint to what’s inside!

Marine modified the Shutter Card by not using shutter mechanism. She simply used the frame to create a larger area for her scene with scored lines for the gatefold. Then Marine stenciled the background with hillside, grassy hillside and cloudy slimline stencils. Her inky splatters on the background always add a bit of magic to her scenes.

As a card to welcome a “little peanut”, Marine combined Elephant Parade and Little Bundle. She also used images from Elephant Parade Add-On. In addition, she used images from A Bug Deal, Wild for You, Critters in the Jungle and Toucan Do It to build the scene.

I love this adorable, extra special card design, Marine! Thank you so much for inspiring us today!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.6.23} Mindy’s Stenciled Balloon Card

We are happy to share a colorful new card by Mindy today! She stenciled balloons in a rainbow of color to create a beautiful card! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Mindy started this lively design by stenciling clouds in background. Then, using beautiful Lawn Fawn ink (see the supply list for colors) she stenciled a row of colorful balloons. Next, she added color coordinated confetti before stenciling Fairy Dust Stencil Paste over the top.

This happy scene is so much fun with a cute elephant and the mice from Bubbles of Joy! I love how she place the mouse on the balloon, so cute! Such a great way to send “big hugs” from Big Scripty Words!

Thank you so much, Mindy! I absolutely love this card!
