A Sweet Snow Globe Nativity Shaker with Grace

We have lots of great inspiration for you this month! November Inspiration Week starts this Friday! We will share more highlights from the Fall & Winter 2021 Release with intro videos, Design Team samples and daily giveaways! And then later this month we will have another inspiration-filled Fawny Holiday Week! We are so excited!

Grace is with us today to share a nativity snow globe shaker card that is so beautifully sweet! She used Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On for the frame and then added cute images to fill the scene!

Grace is known for her beautifully innovative designs and this sweet card is no exception! In order to create the nativity scene she combined images from Joy to All, Out of this World (baby), Hay There and Some Bunny (manger).

The cheerful holiday sentiment, from Joy to All sends a happy greeting!

Snow Globe Directions

The snow globe base is cut from Woodgrain Cardstock in light brown and the festive red bow is made with Put a Bow on It!

Star Shaker Tag

Grace included sweet star shakers to use as tags or ornaments! She assembled Outside In Stitched Star Stackables and Stitched Star Frames using acetate, then she filled the stars with Chunky Glitter!

Lawn Fawn Video {1.30.21} Mindy’s Rainbow Magic Iris Snow Globe

Happy Saturday! I hope you are ready for some rainbows and unicorns today! Mindy created a magical design with the Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Mindy did some cool layered stenciling to create this amazing backdrop! First she stenciled with Cloudy Stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink. Then using Starry Sky Stencil, she added rainbow colored details using Lawn Fawn ink in; Bubblegum, Peach Fuzz, Sunflower, Celery Stick, Merman and Grape Jelly.

She used those same inks to blend a rainbow on the Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On! She finished the snow globe design by cutting the base from Woodgrain cardstock in light brown and Holographic Metallic cardstock.

Of course if you have rainbows, you need a unicorn! Mindy nestled this colorful critter inside the Magic Iris window!

First Saturday with Megan {12.12.20} A Magic Iris Snow Globe featuring Peas on Earth!

Our new Valentine 2021 Release is now available in our shop at lawnfawn.com and at your favorite crafty stores!

Megan is with us today to inspire us with an amazing Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On card featuring Peas on Earth!

Megan used Distress Oxide ink in Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers to add color to the charming snow globe Winter Village. She also ink blended the background to create a night sky using Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire.

When the Magic Iris is opened you can see that mischievous pea peeking from behind the Yeti or Not Christmas tree! Too cute! Megan combined Peas on Earth with Be Hap-pea along with a bunch of images from other Christmas sets to complete this extraordinary scene! You can find all the sets in the supply list below.
