Jenn’s Watercolor Beary Rainy Day Card

Jenn used Distress Watercolor Pencil and Distress Oxide ink to create an amazing rainy-day background! And the Beary Rainy Day bear sends a happy greeting!

To create that fantastic watery background, Jenn used a Distress Watercolor Pencil in Broken China. Then she stamped the raindrops from Beary Rainy Day with Broken China Distress Oxide. She used a wet paint brush to fill the raindrops with the color.

Jenn stamped the sentiment in the Broken China ink to coordinate with the background. And she also added lots of Prisma Glitter with Glossy Accents to create the look of sparkling water puddles.

She stamped the Beary Rainy Day images in Jet Black ink to color with Copic markers. And she has a handy chart of the colors she used.

First Saturday with Megan {3.2.24} A Cute Jumping Kangaroo Pull-Tab Card

It’s the first Saturday in March and Megan is back with another fantastic card design! She used our new Kanga-rrific and Kanga-rrific Add-On sets to make this fun interactive card!

Megan created her scene using Simple Stitched Wavy Borders and Grassy Hillside Borders which she inked with Distress Oxide inks. She also inked the blue sky that becomes a pretty backdrop for the Kanga-rrific Add-On trees.

Next, she assembled the interactive Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On, and then she arranged all the cute kangaroos and froggy friends from Beary Rainy Day!

Pull the tab and the cute kangaroo hops off on his adventures!

Sending Sunshine; Beautiful Card Inspiration with Karin

Karin created two different card designs but added the same cheery “sending sunshine” sentiment to both. She found her inspiration for these cards from past card sketch challenges at Lawn Fawnatics! Sometimes a card sketch is just the thing to spark your creativity.

The sending sunshine sentiment which is part of the Window Scene: Spring set goes so well with Karin’s cute Beary Rainy Day card!

Sunshine and lemons are the perfect pairing, and so perfect for summer! Karin inked the background in rich blue before creating an arrangement with Zesty Lemon!
