I love the cheerful colors that Jessica chose to stencil the String of Lights! It looks so pretty on the white background. And the Merry Messages greeting is a standout gold embossed on black!

Lawn Fawn Video {11.26.24} Mindy’s Holiday Swivel Surprise Card

Mindy created a fun interactive card using Swivel Surprise! The pretty gift wrapped card front opens to a frosty Winter Skies scene on the inside! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

To create the look of a wrapped gift package, Mindy used a panel of Candy Cane Lane 12 x12 paper that she cut with a Small Stitched Rectangle Stackable die. Then she cut some Tomato cardstock with both the Landscape and Portrait sets of Simple Stripes to look like ribbon. And she finished it off with a pretty white Put a Bow on It bow! So simple and so classy!

Inside the cute critters of Winter Skies take the spotlight on the Swivel Surprise circles! Mindy inked one of the circles to look like the moon, attaching the fun Santa’s sleigh silhouette on top!

Then Mindy added a simple greeting from the Merry Messages sentiment set!

First Saturday with Megan {7.6.24} Megan’s Clever Christmas Themed Build-A-Gumball Card

Megan is back with another creative card design to inspire you! She gets started on her Christmas cards with a fun take on Build-A-Gumball Machine!

Megan filled the gumball machine with frosty snowballs to the delight of her Build-A-Snowman character! For the background she began by inking with Distress Oxide ink in Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire. Then she added a Forest Border layered with a Stitched Hillside Border. And then she white embossed the Merry Messages greeting on the background!

The snowman has a colorful scarf, and mittens and is so happy he found all those snowballs!
