Lawn Fawn Video {4.13.23} Chari’s Jungle-themed Platform Pop-Up

Chari has another fantastic idea for the Platform Pop-Up! She shows us how to use Platform Pop-Up Cloud Inserts as a tree-canopy to create a fun jungle scene! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

I love it when Chari gets an idea to use a product in a different way! This time she thought it would be fun to use the Platform Pop-Up Cloud Inserts and Cloud Wrap Around to create the look of a dense, green jungle! She cut the clouds from Watercolor Wishes Four-Leaf Clover paper, adding shading with Noble Fir and Jalapeño ink. Then she used Tropical Leaves Background Stencils to add leaf detail with the same ink colors before adding the wrap around to the assembled Platform Pop-Up.

Chari created the look of a tree trunk with Paper Bag cardstock and Stitched Woodgrain Backdrop. Then she inserted it in the center the Platform Pop-Up and attached the tree canopy to the top. Finally, she stamped and colored images from Critters in the Jungle and Toucan Do It to create a “wild” scene!

I love this fun jungle design, Chari! Thank you so much for showing us a different way to use these new cloud sets!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.4.23} Kara’s Castle in the Clouds Platform Pop-Up

Using the Build-A-Castle as the feature of her fairy tale Platform Pop-Up card is such a great idea! Then Kara added lots of fun magical images from Tiny Fairy Tale, A Little Sparkle and Little Dragon, to tell a sweet fairy tale!

You can never have enough Prisma glitter on a fairy tale card! Kara added Glue Tube to every place in need of some sparkle, then she liberally sprinkled on the glitter!

Kara added plenty of Tiny Fairy Tale knights on the Platform Pop-Up Cloud Wrap Around. This fairy tale princess is safe and secure in her castle in the clouds!

I love how she added so many layers of clouds to this amazing card!

Megan is back to share another stellar card design! This month she inspires us with an amazing Platform Pop-Up Easter card!

Megan’s adorable scene features rabbits from Some Bunny and Hoppy Easter along with a few cute chicks from Eggstraordinary Easter! I love the garden and carrot theme. Megan used acetate strips to attach some of the characters, creating height and lots of fun!

To create the Platform Pop-Up, Megan used our woodgrain look Armoire paper or you can find a similar pattern in our Into the Woods Remix Collection pack. I love how Megan used Platform Pop-Up Cloud Inserts, inked up in brown as the garden bed. She also included the sign from Berry Special, with an invitation to the rabbits to “pick their own” carrots! That is so clever!

The final addition before sending the card out in an oversized envelope is the Happy Easter greeting. She embossed it in white on Ground Coffee cardstock!

This is such a happy design, Megan! Thank you so much for inspiring us today!
