Samantha’s Underwater Party in a Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up

Samantha created a happy underwater scene in a Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up! She filled it with lots of fun ocean sets included the new Simply Celebrate More Critters and How You Bean Seashell Add-On.


Samantha combined the new sets with Ocean Shell-fie, Mermaid for You and You Are Sublime to fill her scene! Then she added a twist with some bubbles from Bubbles of Joy! The cute octopus looks like he’s having lots of fun!


Samantha built the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up using Textured Canvas cardstock in Teal and Brown and some Watercolor Wishes 6×6 paper. She added the happy sentiment from Scootin’ By on a banner from Flippin’ Awesome.


I love how Samantha added Ocean Friends Washi tape to the bottom edge of the box. It’s a clever way to tie in the theme, top to bottom!

They may be getting tossed back and forth, but these Simply Celebrate More Critters are too cool to worry about that! Mayra‘s interactive design is so clever. She uses Slide on Over Semicircles to create the movement of the ark pitching side to side.

The base of the ark is created using a Small Stitched Oval Stackable with various pieces from Build-A-House and Build-A-Barn to construct the top, giving the cute giraffe from Wild For You a place to peek out and navigate the rough waters. I really love the wood details she added with her coloring and use of the Stitched Woodgrain Backdrop!

Mayra used the Sunrise Backdrop and the Ocean Wave Borders to set the scene, framing it up with a Scalloped Rectangle Stackable and Stitched Rectangle Frame. I just love those rays of sunshine!

The cute fish from Keep On Swimming and the sentiment from Giant Easter Messages are the perfect finishing touches. This is such a cute way to feature Simply Celebrate Critter sets!

A Pair of Cute Simply Celebrate More Critters Cards with Franci

Happy Friday friends! We have sweet and simple inspiration for you today with Franci! You can adapt this Simply Celebrate More Critters design to work with any of our Simply Celebrate collection!


Franci’s adorable card design is so perfect for making cards for every occasion! Her card “recipe” includes background inking and stenciling, a sweet sentiment and a Simply Celebrate More Critters border of cuties!


With bubbles from Ocean Shell-fie, and a sentiment from Mermaid for You, these ocean critters are “waving hello”! Franci inked the top half of the card, then stenciled it with Lots of Hearts Background Stencils.


For this variation, Franci used the Tropical Leaves Background Stencils to coordinate with the jungle critters. Then she stamped the sentiment from Toucan Do It! The addition of the little heart is so sweet!
