Mayra’s Amazing Adventure-Themed Room

We are so excited! Just two more days until we get to start sharing our new Summer Release! Inspiration and Release Week starts on Wednesday, June 16th with our Big Giveaway Post! We hope you will join us as we introduce our amazing new stamps, dies, stencils and a beautiful new paper collection!

We are so happy to have Mayra join us today! She created an absolutely adorable adventure-themed room with Virtual Friends, Virtual Friends Add-On and some unexpected sets as well!

The cute Screen Time kid is sitting in the Virtual Friends Add-On office chair enjoying a good book in this amazing adventure-themed room scene! Mayra’s creativity is certainly on display with all the perfectly chosen design details.

She started with the Virtual Friends desk with computer! She set it in front of the Outside In Stitched Square “wainscoting” and striped “wallpaper” and added the banner from Virtual Friends Add-On.

Mayra created fun wall decor using picture frames from Den Sweet Den. She filled them with a treasure map from Ahoy Matey and a vacation photo using Tiny Friends! The wall shelves (borrowed from Trim the Tree) hold a globe and books from Plan on It: School. And of course, she included the telescope from Super Star!

To assemble those clever potted plants, Mayra combined planter pots from Our Friendship Grows, stems from A Bug Deal and leaves from Critters in the Jungle! The final touches are a Wild for You screen-saver and a couple of furry friends from Say What? Pets!

I love this adorable scene, Mayra! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us!

Lawn Fawn Video {6.10.21} Marine’s Fun Office Party Birthday Card

Hi Friends! Here we have a little sneak peak of fun new product coming soon, and a special date to mark on your calendar! July 10, save the date for another Create with Us (with Kelly Marie and Jenn!) live event with a new tropical themed set, Toucan Do It! We will share more details as the date approaches! Inspiration Week starts June 16th!

For today’s video, our creative scene maker, Marine imagined an office birthday party at Lawn Fawn HQ! She’s not far from the actual fun we have! You can watch her create this happy card below or click HERE to watch the video tutorial at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching! I hope you enjoyed the video!

Marine envisioned our Fawnies celebrating a birthday in the office with a desk chair race! It does look like lots of fun! I love all the colors she used and the festive banners to set the scene!

As she likes to do, Marine combined lots of sets! She used Virtual Friends for the computers and Virtual Friends Add-On for the office chairs and accessories. The desks and lamp are from You’re Just My Type. The Fawnies are characters from Screen Time and Bicycle Built for You. Then she searched through her stash for all those little images that add the fun details!

To add the sentiment from Scootin’ By, Marine white embossed it on a long strip of vellum. Then she attached it with adhesive on the back side.

Thank you so much for this super cute inspiration, Marine! You may have given me some ideas for the next office birthday party!

Fun Father’s Day Party Decor with Elena!

It’s the month to say thank you to all the dads! Elena designed some fun party decorations to make Father’s Day special!

Using a “strong connection” theme for her party decor, Elena made cupcake toppers, drink bottle labels, and fun candy boxes for dad!

The cute kid from Screen Time fits nicely in the Virtual Friends Add-On office chair! Elena added in the potted plant and the requisite #1 dad mug to create the perfect cupcake topper!

For the bottle labels, Elena stamped 3 Tiny Friends (representing her kids) on the Virtual Friends computer screen! She finished the vignette on the label with the Virtual Friends desk and a stack of books from Den Sweet Den!

Dad needs some of his favorite snacks on Father’s Day, so Elena crafted up a great way to gift them! She used clear boxes that she had in her stash and made them fit the theme using Pop-Up Desk!

She did some partial die cutting magic to make the desks a bit wider to accommodate the width of the boxes. Then she decorated the top with the laptop included in the Pop-Up Desk die set! The I “heart” U sentiment on the screen is from You’re Just My Type.

To finish off the “desk”, she cut another bank of desk drawers to add to the back!

Thanks so much for this super cute and clever inspiration, Elena! I love how you used the Pop-Up Desk, such a fun idea!
