Valentine’s Week! Day 3 + a new team member

Hello, everyone! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so we thought we would put together a little Valentine’s Day Inspiration week with the design team! Come by every day this week to see some lovey-dovey projects!

Day 1
Day 2

Chari‘s card is too sweet!! She used Bee Mine to create a custom background, Here’s the Scoop for her sweet treat, And a Partridge for the sentiment (love that a holiday set can be used year round), and our new set Critters on the Savanna (releases mid February) for the giraffes! She used mirror stamping. Here is a link to a video by Chari that shows this technique!

Next up we have our newest design team member, Elena Roussakis! Elena is fabulously talented, and we are so thrilled to have her join our team! Woohooo!!

Here is a little bit about her:

I drink lots of coffee.  Lots.  I’ve been happily married for 10 years. I’m a 30-something mom of three kids under the age of seven. When I’m not playing dress-up or cooking or cleaning the same messes for the 26th time in the same day, I like to make pretty things.

And here is her super sweet Valentine!

Elena used Dewey Decimal papers for her school themed Valentine. She also used Schoolhouse Backdrops, Check This Out, and Smitty’s ABCs for her custom punny sentiment. My Silly Valentine and Blissful Botanicals helped create her “crest”. This is just too cute!

Thank you all so much for stopping by and welcoming Elena to the team! We can’t wait to show you more Valentine’s Day inspired projects tomorrow! Sending hugs to you all 🙂

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,

Happy Birthday Julie!!!!

Welcome to Julie‘s 50th Birthday blog hop! A bunch of card makers have come together to surprise Julie. So fun! Wishing you the happiest of birthdays, Julie! I hope your day is as amazing, vivacious and bubbly as you are!!

You should have come from Kristina’s blog. If you would like to start the hop at the beginning head on over to the CLASSroom!

Since this blog hop is in Julie’s honor, I thought it would be nice to be inspired by Julie’s amazing clean and classic style! Her videos are some of my favorites (her laugh is the best!), and the layout of this card was inspired by Julie, too. I love it! Bright colors and a little glitter are perfect for her also!

The next stop on the hop is Chari!!

Happy birthday, Julie!!!! Sending smiles!

Day 1

Melissa S.‘s treat bags are too cute and filled with candy! Yum! I love how she stamped with Bee Mine, You’ve Got Mail and Fanciful Frames in white ink on the kraft bags. She used some Dewey Decimal paper and stickers. The stickers are perfect for bags like these! Some Peppermint Lawn Trimmings is the perfect finishing touch!

Kim‘s card is too cute! Some die cut hearts and a cute Critters Down Under Kangaroo makes a perfect Valentine’s card! I love that Happy Everything is such a good go-to set for holidays year round!
