Hello and welcome to the fourth post of Lawn Fawn’s April inspiration week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring four stamp sets, dies and the Daphne’s Closet and Pink Lemonade paper collections, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

Today is our showcase of “Year Three” and “Mother’s Day“. These 2″ x 3” minis are just too fun! The design team has made the most amazing samples!  We also have two videos on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using these sets!

Yainea‘s card is stunning! I love the flower garden she created with Mother’s Day and how she made a double banner with Bannerific. Gorgeous! The tone on tone card base was done with And a Partridge!

Latisha‘s card is so fun! I absolutely love her shading under the cake and her cute double color twine! I love that idea! So fun!

Tiffany shows that stamps aren’t just for cards! She combined Daphne’s Closet and the Mother’s Day flowers for her sweet Easter layout. Her kids and this layout are too cute!

Elena‘s card looks good enough to eat! I love how she put the cake slice on the Love ‘n Breakfast tray and Quinn’s ABCs and Riley’s ABCs are perfect here, too!

I just love the way Lynnette layered her flowers under the sentiment. It looks so pretty! I can’t wait to try this idea! These cards are so sweet and great for mass production, too!

Melissa M.‘s layout is so fun! I just love her little vellum pocket full of hearts! I also love her die cut Quinn’s letters for a layout titled with initials. Too clever!

Chari‘s stacked cakes are so fun! I  I just love how she paper pieced them with Bright Side paper, too. This set is so great for that! The sentiment stacked looks so great, too! Too cute!

  1. So cool! My favorite show currently is The Golden Girls. I love watching it right before I go to sleep and how hilarious it is. Watching an episode always puts me in a good mood.

  6. Thanks for your comment, Angie. Have you ever tried joining a critique group? I'm not sure where you're writing from but there are lots of SCBWI critique groups all around the world, and there are lots of online ones, too. Sometimes you can just get too close to something and it's hard to see where to go with it whereas a fresh pair of eyes can come up with something really useful… Good luck, Clare.

  18. I love these mini sets. Love the tiny flowers with Mother's Day. Perfect to make those little cards to go with a gift. Very cute. TV show? Gold Rush or Bering Sea Gold. It's so cool to watch them strike it rich (but too my husband is usually in control of the controller).

  20. Elena and Melissa's samples are my favorite today! so cute and creative! As for my favorite tv show… right now it would be Once Upon a Time (although I'm a sucker for competition shows like cupcake wars, craft wars, food network challenge, project runway, etc.)

This show has everything, smart funny people, great writing, great characters and it is funny and sweet…. We all can relate because all of us have a little nerdiness in us 🙂

  46. Big Bang Theory is probably my favorite show that is currently on. Back in the 90s there was a show called 'Homefront' that I LOVED that only survived two seasons, pity, it was SO good – like your fantastic products! Thanks for the chance to win some! 🙂

  47. Both sets are simply adorable! Love them! I have several shows I love, Big Bang Theory and Castle (LOVE Nathan Fillion!) are the two I never, ever miss! My all time favorite is Firefly but it was canceled long ago! I live on DVDs now.

  72. Thanks for the great inspiration! I just purchased the Mother's Day set and have been working on my Mother's Day cards. I was stuck on ideas for my mother-in-law's card and now these inspirations helped. 🙂 This weeks I am watching Psych on Netflix. It is cute.

  102. I feel like I'm the only one who still watches cartoons here, but my favorite (recent) show is Adventure Time. It reminds me of the sorts of adventures I wanted to have as a kid: building pillow forts, fighting monsters, exploring dungeons, finding treasure. Even though it's a relatively new show, it evokes such a nostalgia from me, that I hope to never outgrow.

  153. My favorite TV show just finished up the season for this year and I have to wait until next January for it to come back on….It is the wonderful "Downton Abbey" on PBS Masterpiece Theater….I ADORE that show. Thanks for all the inspiration….love these project shares and TWO videos!
