*Feel free to ask us questions in the comments below. We will answer them there!*
We seriously love you guys! We could not do this without you! It would be an honor to include some of your projects in our catalog and booth at the Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) trade show this January, so we are holding a little challenge here on the blog! Can you believe this is our fourth annual challenge? So exciting!
In addition to having your project featured in our catalog and booth, the 3 winners (one for each category below) will each get a $75 gift certificate to be used on Lawn Fawn goodies! Woohoo!
Now, because it is for our catalog, we do have a couple of guidelines:
- We are looking for projects using any one of these three stamp set categories:
- Any Critters sets and/or Hats Off to You – You may use any combination of these sets. (For example a card using just Critters in the Forest works or a card using Critters in the ‘Burbs, Critters in the Sea and Hats Off to You works, too!)
- Any ABCs set (Please make the ABCs set the main feature of the card, but you may use other Lawn Fawn stamps.)
- Anything you want!! A free for all card! (This was a big request from last year. Use any Lawn Fawn stamp sets, have fun, be creative!)
- You may not use patterned paper. Eeks! I know! This is tough but a fun challenge! You may still use any colored card stock or paper, ribbon, buttons, markers, pencils, etc. If you have any questions, let us know! (The reason is that we are coming out with new patterned paper for the CHA trade show that will be featured in the catalog, but it won’t be out there for you guys to use yet. 🙂 )
- You may not use any other company’s stamps on your projects. We don’t want to confuse anyone! 🙂
- If your project is chosen, you must provide us with a high resolution photo of your card right away, and then you will need to mail us the project so that we can show it off in our booth!
- You may enter as many times as you would like!
- You may enter cards you have previously shown on your blog. These don’t need to be brand new.
- You have until December 9th at 10:00pm EST to enter. We will announce the winners December 13th!
We are just so excited about this! It will be so wonderful to have your amazing projects for people to ooh and aah over at CHA! SO fun! Please let us know if you have any questions!

Thank you so much for visiting and sharing your creativity with us!
Have an amazing day,
I've linked up a couple of cards that I've given away already – but I can easily reproduce them – I hope that's OK 🙂
Thanks for linking your cards, Michelle! As long as you can reproduce them right away, that works! 🙂
Do the ABC dies count?
Yes! You can use the Cole's ABCs dies!
Thanks Kelly 🙂
That is only for cards? Because I use your stamps on my scrapbooking projects, in a different way, maybe not so C&S. Are you looking just for C&S cards? Or other ways of using your stamps are welcome too? 😉
Other ways are totally welcome! We would love to see one of your layouts! 🙂
how fun!! thank you!
Thanks for playing along! 🙂
So, umm… if we happened to be a winner last year, can we play again? 🙂
Yes, of course! 🙂
Challenge accepted. ; )
Hehe! Love it! 🙂
Hooray, excited to enter! 🙂
How do I enter? I have never done a challenge before and this sounds like so much fun.
You just have to post your card on your blog or a place like Flickr and then link to it above using the "add your link" button. We hope that helps!
My questions are: I have DCWV card box which already comes with patterns, so can I use that for my card.. And can I use a computer generated sentiment with my card.
Hi Chitra! No, unfortunately, you made not use patterned papers or a computer generated sentiment. This is for our catalog so it must not have patterned paper and only use Lawn Fawn products. Thanks so much!
OOOHHH I'M SO EXCITED TO PLAY
so exciting!!! I made refrigerator magnets with 2 critter sets …does that count?
Yes, any type of project is fine!
I posted them. there is an Avery Elle one on the top of the Critters in Costume but it can easily be removed from my fridge and rephotographed. 🙂
Great! Thank you so much!
I know it said no patterned paper but what if we used our stamp or dies as the patterned background?
That's totally fine! We can't wait to see it!
I just entered a card I made for a video tutorial posted here on your blog, I hope you don't mind =) Since I made it, and still have it, I hope it will be okay to enter it into this contest.
That totally works! 🙂 Thanks, Marie! 🙂
This is my first time to enter and I am excited! Is it ok to use washi tape?
We'd prefer that you don't, if possible, but if it is a really plain design, it might be okay!
Fun! I hope this means we are going to have dies to the Hats Off stamp set…
I had posted a collage photo, hope it's okay as I had make an interactive card. Am I allow to use washi? If not i'm able to reproduce a new card without the washi
A collage photo is great! We'd prefer that you don't use washi, if possible, but if it is a really plain design, it might be okay!
it's woodgrain washi around the window.
It's probably okay! Thanks!
How fun is this?!! And so generous of you! ♥
Kelly Marie, can I emboss plain cardstock and use it for this challenge? Thanks
Yes, of course!
Awesome thanks 🙂 I just entered my cards!
Does glitter paper count as pattern paper?
Glitter paper is okay! 🙂
Hi 🙂 Does into the woods count as a critters set?
Thanks
Kate xx
Not exactly, but it would count for the free for all challenge! 🙂
LOL, Thanks i knew i was being a bit cheeky asking …but if you don't ask you don't know 🙂
XXX
🙂 🙂 🙂
Hi there, I was wondering and didn't see it asked yet, can we use embossing folders on our cardstock? I just bought three new LF stamp sets. So excited to use them in this challenge.
Yes, you may! We can't wait to see what you make! 🙂 🙂
Aww… you are sweet. Any plans for LF to make embossing folders?
Not any plans yet, but it is good to hear you would be interested! 🙂
Wow love all the inspiration..so much to see!
Hi, I know I am a bit late, but would love to enter tomorrow! Can we use spellbinder dies for shapes on the card?
Yes, you may! 🙂 Thanks for entering!! 🙂
