Hello and welcome to the third post of Lawn Fawn’s October Inspiration Week week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring 4 stamp sets and dies, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

AND today’s post too! 🙂


Today is our showcase of Hedgehugs and its coordinating dies!  The design team has made the most amazing samples!  We also have a video at the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using these products !

  6. Super cute cards. I love EVERYTHING about snow. I turn in to a total child! My favourite part is the calmness and stillness that settles with the snow!

  13. Your small stamp set is so versatile – love it! For me snow is cozy, everything is covered under a beautiful clean white duvet. Even sound is muffled 🙂 And is there a better feeling then to treat yourself with warm drinks and comfort food?

I bought this set when it came out because it is just so cute, I invariably hate snow, when it falls here it half melts and turns to slush, but I love snow where it stays white and fluffy and you can build a snow man and the world is bathed in white, the sound of the world is completely different with a fresh fall of snow, its just so peaceful

    I love EVERYTHING about snow! I moved to Alaska especially for the winters….the colder it is and the more snow I have the happier I am!

    My fave part of snow? Well, there's actually a couple. I enjoy making snow men with my kids (this year there's plans for Olaf and his family); The beauty of snow falling is picturesque!! Love sitting by our fireplace and watching the snow fall with the family…

  39. So cute! These designs always make me smile. I love that my 30 year old daughter- who lives in Phoenix – loves to play in the snow when she visits us in Michigan. She gets out her snow pants and jacket and plays like a little girl.

  53. LOVE these hedgehogs and the DT showcases of how to use them are amazing!! We receive mega snow where I live (small town Alberta, Canada…and I know that I'm the only one here with LF products! Yayyyyy!!!) and it stays around for a good long time. In fact, we're known to have snow in some way, shape or form pretty much every month of the year (yes, including July and August…part of living in the Rocky Mountains). My favourite snow activity (aside from staying cosy inside and crafting) is cross-country skiing. We have the most amazing trails…Thank you for asking, and for offering such a wonderful give-away!

    Favorite part of snow…well snow! We live in the Vancouver BC area and don't often see snow but we love it when we do! My BIL made my DD the most gorgeous sled with silver running rails, it's a keepsake for sure!

  74. Oh Kelly Marie! The best thing about snow is not having it near me! I have reached my quota of snow, and am done with it. I grew up in Alaska, and dealt with snow 9 months of the year, for 22 years … After I moved away from Alaska, to a place that doesn't have snow very much or very often, I really like this a LOT better! I appreciate snow in photos and hearing from other people about their snow adventures, but I don't want to ever shovel it, drive in it, or walk in it again!! 🙂

    Snow, ok I love to see it fall, until I have to drive! Playing in the snow with my son and dog is the most fun part about it!

  80. The best part about Snow is that it melts and then the Spring Blooms emerge! Our New England Winters are lovely for the months of December and January, but after that I get a little antsy and wish for Spring. We now understand the motivation for becoming a Snow Bird and hope to soon join their Flock! Thankfully I have my Lawn Fawn Stamps, and Dies, to keep me sane (during the very cold months).

  85. I love the glittery white color and it looks so magical when the area is covered in snow and on the trees. I didn't experience enough snow to build big snowmen but we did have some snowball fights. And of coz it's the chance to ski…

  103. Very cute set…my favorite part about snow is that everyone else stays in and I can strap on my snowshoes and walk around for hours in the woods in complete silence. You don't get that kind of quiet anywhere else!

  110. As long as you don't have to drive in bad snow whats not to love! I enjoy how quite and lovely it makes the countryside. Plus how fun it is when you can pack it and make sculptures or a sled run!

  113. I'm retired. I've stockpiled enough food that I won't have to get out in the snow. I can sit in my easy chair and look at the beautiful scene. Nobody will be tracking through it so it will be clean and smooth. Being able to enjoy it – feel bad for everybody else who has to get out in it – is my favorite part of snow.

  117. Ever so cute. Love the cards – and must remember to cut some hearts in felt. Looks lovely and cosy. I looove snow at Christmas time and when it stays long enough for the roads to be clean and everywhere else to be white. Not fond of the mornings driving to work in the snow before the roads are clean.

  120. I live in an area where it's rare to see snow. But I live close enough (2-3 hour drive) from a place with plenty of snow (Tahoe!). And it's probably silly, but I love snow when it's falling. It's magical!

  122. I ADORE hedgehogs. My sister and I got totally into hedgehogs (more as a stuffed animal not an actual pet…) when we were tween/teenagers. So having a stamp set is awesome! 🙂 I like snow when it's a pretty, soft, sparkly snow! I can say as a person who lives in a snow state (NE) that it does get old quickly and a little goes a long way! 🙂

  147. My favorite part of snow is when it first comes down, is nice and fluffy and seems to wipe all the dirt off of everything (well covers it up–LOL).     Since I don't see snow except when we go on a ski vacation, I'd say my favorite thing is that you can ski on it! (Thank goodness I don't have to shovel it from our driveway. 😉 I only see the good stuff.)

  150. Talk about adorable!! And such sweet projects by the DT. I've only touched snow once and that was years ago so I don't have much experience with it but it sure looks amazing when you look at the mountains in the distance and see the snow caps…awesome!

  156. These Hedgehug creations were super adorable! I love how Nichol chose to color the hedgehogs. My favorite part about snow is the amazement it brings to my 4 yr old son, the excitement it brings to my 6 yr old daughter, and the memory of the joy it used to bring to my dog.

  158. Unfortunately where I live in Australia, we don't get snow. But after reading a few of the comments I wish we did!! at leas a little bit. There are areas that do but it's mostly in the ski resort areas. These "Hedgehugs" stamps etc, are just so adorably cute and I want them!!! PLEASE!!! Thanks for sharing all these cute creations!!   163. My favorite part about snow is only how wonderfully detailed each beautiful flake is. Otherwise I HATE snow – after growing up in Wisconsin where I got my fill of snow – I am so happy that we now live in Florida and I never have to shovel it or drive in it again!!!

  168. I love the quiet that an evening snow brings. I miss snow… and I don't want to see any of it down here in NC. What was a 2hr delay up north is 4.5 days of closed school here.

  178. I'm not a big fan of snow and winter, but the snow does look very pretty as it's falling, and on a bright sunny day, I love the way the snow glistens on the ground, like little diamonds. The hedgehogs are just adorable too!

  181. I'm going to be honest and let you know that I'm not a fan of snow. The only time I like it is when I'm inside a warm, fully food-stocked house with no plans on leaving while the white stuff is still on the ground. Only then is it beautiful as it coats everything in a pure bright white.

  188. Sledding is my favorite part about snow! And seeing how excited my daughter gets, because we just moved to a place where it snows. And I also loved seeing how everyone colored the hedgehogs…so many great ideas!

  189. I just moved to Florida so I hope I don't feel any snow this winter. But, I do like to see the snow, falling softly on trees and bushes. Also, there is nothing like observing a bright red Cardinal on a tree branch with fresh snow.

  191. I love the quietness of falling snow… One time I was driving going up to the mountains ( I live in Southern California ) and it started snowing just ever so gently.. I turned off the radio and just drove and listened. I literally felt like I was in a snow globe, it was that beautiful.

  215. Such sweet projects from the DT! I live in Sunny SoCal, so I see very little snow. But, when we do get some on the hill tops around us, I love it. It makes everything look like it's coated in fluffy white frosting.

Hmm – what I like about snow, I love when it is fresh because it adds a layer of stillness to the world around me and everything is encased in a layer of white (that is, until the the plows come through).

    SNOW is so pretty – I can say that because I have only seen it twice in my life, three times if you count a snow flurry while we were driving home from one of the sightseeing trips. I love that it looks so crisp and white against the tree trunks and boulders, so peaceful and pretty.

I can't get enough of these hedgehugs – they are so adorable:))) Moreover, everybody loves the cards (I made) with these two cuties so much :))) And today is the second day of snow here and its suddenly winter, all is white and beautiful… And what i like the most is that ski time is soon :)))
