  1. My favorite winter activity is SLEIGH RIDING! We only get a couple of snow events each year that are worthy of dragging out the sleigh, but boy it's fun when we can. Thanks for all the inspiration.

  2. I LOVE playing in the Snow with my Sons!! Making Snowmen, Sledding, Skiing, Snow Fights I LOVE it ALL!! THANKS for sharing ALL of the AMAZING Inspiration and for the chances to win!! Have a Fabulous Week!! =)

  3. Just too adorable…no way to pick a favorite today! Although that snowy dino is really cute! My favorite winter activity is enjoying the snow falling because I live on the coast of NC and snow is a rarity for us. Although this winter seems to be heading toward more snow for us! 😀

  4. Wow! I love the variety of today's projects.
My favorite activity during the holidays is watching holiday movies with my husband and son. We don't get to do that very often!

  5. All these cards are beautiful and thanks Kari for sharing your waxing technique! Cannot wait to try it out.
My favorite Winter activity is definitely not shoveling, but I am thankful for snow because I love watching my kids become amazed by it.

  6. Another round of amazing projects today! Wow. Favourite winter activity (we're in the midst of frosty weather right now; it's -18C!) is cross-country skiing. The chance to shwoosh along trails in the mountains…spectacular!

  7. Love the cards, they are adorable and gorgeous! As boring as it may sound I like to look at freshly fallen snow, it makes everything look so serene and when the sun hits it… glitter!!! 😉

  8. These are all beautiful!!! Love! And my favorite winter activity…since we don't get snow here, I would say it's going to the park for the annual Christmas tree lighting and perhaps, a walk on the beach. 🙂

  9. Love the little drum and that cup is adorable! The first snow of the year, we go play outside until we're too cold to take it anymore. Then we come in and have hot biscuits and my great-grandma's cocoa gravy. After that, it's card games and reading by the fire. A perfect way to celebrate the first snow of the season!

  10. I am a big fan of staying in and staying warm in the winter. I love to watch the snow fall and it's beautiful when everything is all white and glittery outside, but then I want it to melt away and warm up.

  11. You can't live in Minnesota without playing in the snow. Today we are getting our first of the season. The skis are all waxed up but my favorite winter pastime is CARDMAKING!

  12. GREAT cards!! I absolutely love that paper mug!! 🙂 My favorite winter activity is building our LEGO Christmas sets while watching cheesy Hallmark holiday movies! 😀

  18. Oh, my. I just can't pick a favourite today. The Lawn Fawn team is so talented. I love seeing all of the cleverly designed cards! I'm really looking forward to having a day or two in my hobby room this winter so I can make some of my own creations. It's nice to be inside, snug and warm, crafting and watching the snow fall.

  19. Lovely cards, especially the dino in the snow, just too cute to be true. My favourite winter activity is drinking hot chocolate in front of a roaring fire while it's snowing outside. It's just not the same any other time of the year.

  20. Great inspiring cards! My favorite winter activity is making Christmas cards and home decor, esp. with my niece. She is naturally artistic but her mom is not so I like to share that with her. 🙂

  21. I like to walk in the snow. Don't get to do that much because I'm having to shovel. by the time I'm done I'm too tired to walk.
it's also fun to sit in the family room and watch the snow fall outside. I'm warm by the fire and it looks beautiful because nobody has tracked through it yet.

  22. Other truly inspiring projects! 😀 I love the wax technique shown in the video. By the way, my favourite winter activity is making myself comfortable on a sofa, tasting hot chocolate and watching joyful Xmas movies :3

  23. These cards (and tag) are fantastic! My favorite winter activity is snuggling up under a blanket by the fireplace and watching Christmas movies. 🙂

  24. I rarely get to do it because of where I live, but I LOVE snow skiing, and on a side note; I love the Snow Day papers, just ordered my 2nd pad of it yesterday.

  25. Love the watercolor splatter card and the tree shaker card! Thanks for the video.
My favorite winter activity is to be inside on a wintry day with my blanket and a good book!

  26. Another fabulous day of inspiration!! I love the watercolor techniques used by Kristin and Isha. Chrissie's card is brilliant, indeed!! Kristin's shaker card is terrific. I especially love the paper mug treat by Christiana. Everyone did an amazing job! My favorite winter activity is simply taking a walk in the snow (that is…if we get snow in Seattle). Otherwise, I love decorating the house to make it look ultra-festive. Love this time of the year!

  27. We love making snowman and snow angles, too! After that I will run inside standing in front of the heater to thaw myself while the girls and their Dad still play outside. LOL! WE LOVE SNOWY WINTER!

  28. My favourite thing to do when it snows is going walking through the local woods and fields with my three labradors (one of each colour) and my husband of 15 years. Its always so picturesque and i take loads and loads of photos.

  32. Such an amazing day!! Beautiful winter and holiday themed cards 🙂 My favorite winter activity is cuddling with my hubby in front of the fire and sipping hot coca 🙂

  33. Fabulous projects. Glad I have a lot of the stamps and dies so I can make my own versions. I'm the indoor type. A fireplace and hot chocolate is my speed in the cold weather.

  34. My favorite winter activity is sled riding. Always love to ride the hills with the kids. Their laughter and excitement keep me young. Awesome, fun projects today. Thanks for the fun ideas!

  35. Love today's projects and Karin is one of my favorite artists – her coloring and watercoloring is always breathtaking! My favorite winter activity is watching Christmas movies snuggled up with my hubby! It's apparently decided to be winter already so I am getting a head start! Lol. (23* and snowing right now in Omaha, NE!)

  36. This is so much fun following you this week. Great cards! I especially like Samantha C's card today. My favorite winter activity is just watching the snowfall. It is beautiful and peaceful. so magical!

  37. Oh my…what a wonderful collection of cards! My favorite winter activity used to skiing but now that I am older and wiser, paper crafting is my favorite this to do in the winter.

  38. Gorgeous creations! My favorite winter activity is waiting for our local volunteer fire department to come around, sirens blaring, with Santa and Rudolph in tow on Christmas Eve. We've been in our house 20 years and I still feel like a child when they arrive!

  39. Love all the projects!!! My favorite winter activity- well in So Cal we don't get snow (usually) so I love to go to the mountains and get a cabin and enjoy a fire and being in the season so to speak…. I love snow (but am thankful to just visit so I don't have to shovel it)

  40. OMGosh your projects are ADORABLE. Thanks for sharing.
I like taking pictures of the snow. I love waiting until it is dark and using my flash so it reflects off the falling snow.

  41. My favorite winter activity is watching movies near a fire with a warm blanket. I love these cards. So adorable and so much inspiration! Thanks you for this great week!

  42. Great Christmas projects! I love them all. As a kid, snow sledding was the BEST! Of course, we missed school for it too, which was a big plus. We snow sled until our noses and fingers were cherry red, then come in and have hot coco. When my kids were young, I enjoyed it just the same, drying clothes and making hot coco. I love a drive in the snow, in a car that can handle it. LOL

  43. I really enjoy seeing all the DT samples and I love that they've featured new and old products. My favorite winter activity is drinking hot chocolate, loaded with marshmallows, while sitting by the fire place.

  44. Thanks for all the fantastic cards today! Makes me want to make a different card for everyone on my list based on all the inspiration I've received from your wonderfully talented creations. Thanks!

  45. Adorable cards!
    Favorite winter activity…
Decorating for Christmas, taking the kids to see Christmas lights at temple square in salt lake city, and reading Christmas stories to the kids under a warm blanket!

  46. I love getting myself and the kids into our gumboots and warm clothes and going out and jumping in the puddles that are frozen over with ice. Something so funny (and satisfying) about smashing the ice and the kids love it!!

  47. I love going ice skating with my kids. Even though they can't ice skate on their own yet pushing them on the seals the ice skate rink provides and hearing their squeals of delight along with my son singing very loudly whatever the popular song of the week is is the best!

  48. Hmm…It's too hard to choose just one….I think my first would be Christmas Caroling…but a VERY close second is going to my mom's house and spending the evening, just the two of us, baking Christmas goodies!

  49. I love sledding and skating, not sure which one comes first guess it depends on the day. Love love all the inspiration here on Lawn Fawn today, some real jaw droppers especially Isha's Snow Day scene and Karin's card for the video! Well done ladies!

  50. Such amazing project ideas! I love staying indoors and watching the snowfall with a cup of hot chocolate in hand during the winter when it snows.

  51. My favorite winter activity is eating. lol Thanksgiving, Christmas, all things pumpkin, hot soups that the rest of the year just don't feel right. There's a reason it's the 'most wonderful time of the year." lol I love all of these cards, tho'. Some of them making playing in snow look like so much fun!

  52. All of the cards and tags are awesome! Love the paper cup/ My favoirite winter activity is cross country skiing followed by warming up in front of fireplace with a good novel.

  53. I love to stay inside and experience winter from the coziness of my house. A big fire, a bowl of homemade soup, and time to craft. The perfect scenario.

  54. Even though we don't get snow in Florida, it can still get chilly – nothing takes the chill off better than my favorite winter sctivity – baking cookies and then enjoying them with a nice cup of cocoa!

  55. Fabulous projects! Love the mix of old and new! My favorite winter activity is ice skating! We go the day after Christmas every year! We used to have to travel a bit to go but there is a great rink near us now…so excited to go again!!

  56. My favorite winter activity is actually shoveling snow (when it's not too deep). It's nice to get out and get some fresh air and some exercise and feel a sense of accomplishment!

  57. I love to cuddle up on the couch in my blanket and have the dogs lay with me with a fire going and Netflix. I work retail so the holidays are crazy and this is my way of letting the stress go! Thanks for the inspiration! Love the wax resist technique!

  58. This week is perfect as the snow has started falling here and we're making good use of our favorite winter activity making hot cocoa and cuddling under the blankets watching movies or reading or in my case…blog hopping! haha

  59. Gorgeous creations from the DT. Love Karin wax resist technique. Living in Queensland we certainly don't get snow but as it cools down we love to stoke up our woodstove and cook a big pot of pumpkin soup. When I say we I mean the royal we as the hubby makes the most amazing pumpkin soup and I wouldn't want to cramp him culinary creativity.

  60. Cute, cute, cute! I've just added a bunch of items to my wish list, thanks to you! As for my favourite winter activity, I would have to say… staying inside and crafting! I don't like the cold – and it gets cold here in Nova Scotia!

  61. these projects are absolutely adorable! love the snow effect on the trees. the creativity blows my mind away…so much to learn from different people 🙂

  62. Wow! I love them all, but the Penguin card and the tree shaker card are awesome! My favorite winter activity is sitting in the quiet of my home (on my day off of work) with my cup of coffee, watching the snow fall, while perhaps making a card or two 🙂

  63. Such inspiration here! I love all of the projects.
We have have a "dusting" of snow, on Halloween, in fact! They said we may get a snow shower tonight and also this weekend. I am not ready for the snow-Christmas and after is ok. Halloween snow stinks!!!

  64. My favorite winter activity is snuggling under a nice warm cozy blanket sipping a hot cup of cocoa with extra marshmallows!! :o) Makes me very happy to be nice and warm in the winter, lol.

  65. my favorite winter activity is watching the snow fall. So beautiful and peaceful! I love the dinosaur with ice on his back, so cool! All wonderful cards guys!! Thanks for sharing.

    Katie B.

  66. Beautiful projects….that tree shaped shaker is my fave!!

I love to get all bundled up, grab a to-go mug of hot chocolate and go check out Christmas lights!! I also like to stay in with a mug of hot cocoa & watch holiday movies!

  67. Awesome cards and projects by everybody… Love seeing all the creativity – so inspiring!! Favorite winter activity is sitting by the fire and relaxing with the family… We don't get snow in South Africa, during our winters it just rains for days on end – so no outside activities for us!!
