Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Summer 2017 Inspiration and Release week! On May 18th our 10 new stamp sets and their coordinating dies, 20 new stand alone die sets, and 2 new cardstock colors will be for sale at your favorite store and at www.lawnfawn.com! Woohoo!
This week we will focus on 5 new stamp sets and their coordinating dies, 15 new standalone dies, and the new cardstock! Then in June we will highlight the rest of this Summer 2017 Release with design team samples, intro videos and of course, more giveaways!

Today is our showcase of Magic Color Slider! Everything is black and white… until you pull the tab to “magically” reveal a colorful scene! This fun set of dies contains everything you need (minus the color!) to create an impressive interactive slider, including multiple choices for frame style, pull tab, and some bonus goodies. The design team has made the most amazing samples!  We also have an intro video with instructions for assembling the Magic Color Slider and showcasing some fun ways to use this fun new Lawn Cuts set!

Yainea created a super fun Ahoy, Matey scene for her Magic Color Slider card! I love how the sentiment relates to the treasure chest that is revealed as the slider moves!

Latisha created a beautiful baby/gender reveal announcement using Magic Color Slider and Hello Baby! I love how the umbrella “magically” reveals the pretty pink color!

Elise designed an adorable Plus One card with the Magic Color Slider. It’s another perfect idea for a gender reveal announcement!

I love how Chari added her sentiment to the slider tab and that as it moves it reveals the cute crab in a hammock from our set Life is Good! She added the “Pull Here” stamp from Push Here so the recipient knows what to do.

Elena designed her adorable Dad’s Day card so the joking papa moose is revealed behind the slider! Her coloring adds a sweet dimension to this fun Dad + Me card.

I love how Audrey created this card so the Duh-nuh shark is revealed as the slider moves up! She added the fin to the pull-tab as a hint of what’s inside. So clever!

Lizzy added a gorgeous inked sky to her sweet Upon a Star design! I love how she added the pretty sentiment to the slider!

Nichol‘s delightful card pairs Fintastic Friends with our new shark cutie from Duh-nuh! She tucked the little fish and fins into the slits made by Ocean Wave Accents. I just love those crazy googly eyes!

Lynnette‘s colorful plane and happy clouds are from our new Plane and Simple set! The Stitched Cloud Backdrop adds a fun bit of texture!

What made me smile… my 5 yoa daughter telling a friend of my 13 yoa son that he likes her (the friend). My daughter keeps trying to play matchmaker. It's cute and a little embarrassing for my son.

  86. Wow! I love these magic color slider card ideas! I can't wait to try one! Today is a really dark and rainy day, but this morning, I was up really early and filled the bird feeder, left some old hamburger bun pieces on the ground, and set out a little bowl of kibble for the little grey feral cat who lives in the woods. It was so grey out, but the air was filled with the amazing sounds of a bird cacophony – -woodpeckers, mockingbirds, cardinals, they all sounded so joyful I just stood and listened to them for a few minutes, smelling the wet leaves and grass during a break in the rain. That moment really made me smile! Then the neighbor's giant sheep dog, Archie, ran up to me, wet and dirty and shaggy, and he acted SO HAPPY when I gave him scratches on his big, soft, wet dog ears. Then he ate the bun pieces on the ground and happily trotted off into the woods toward the ranch, which made me laugh!

  91. Ok I am so absolutely in LOVE with the Duh-nuh stamps…Jaws is one of my favorite summer movies, so will be needing to get that set! What made me smile the widest so far today was watching my very large derpy dog try to sit on the stairs and in the process slide down about three of them before she could get herself lodged in place.

  289. My mom's cat had to go to the vet yesterday & she can't get Little Grey into a carrier so I had to pet her, then scruff her & place her in the carrier. She was not happy & actively avoided me yesterday & today but before I left I laid down on the floor while she laid under the bed & just talked to her. About 30 min after that I was leaving & she came out & jumped up on the piano for her "goodbye" chin scratches! I was so relieved & happy that she trusted me again & I walked out happy & smiling!

  290. OH my goodness…. What a fabulous release!!!I think this is your best one yet!!!!This video definitely made me smile but also what made me smile today was my 2 year old grandson Dominic! HE is always such a happy go lucky and very sweet baby boy. He loves his Papa and his Grandma to pieces!! ( That's me) He is always giving me kisses on my cheek and forward and then he tells me nose nose, so I bend over he grabs my nose and makes a clicking nose as he thinks he is taking my nose.

  292. I love the upon a star set, it's perfect! The magic color slider is such a great idea for a gender reveal as well as a surprise-there's-a-bun-in-the-oven card. As for what made me smile today, my yoga ball founds it way to my room's door and it wasn't letting me get inside xD

  354. These are so cute. Especially the ones with the sharks. My smile is from a cough prescription for my bronchitis. Not fun but makes me feel a little better.

  361. I just love, love, love this slider, and the inspiration cards are to die for! I had a blast playing with my rabbits and cats on the front lawn in the warm sunshine – just before it began to rain!

  362. Baked mini bund the cakes with my niece and a cheesecake with nephew…. After my niece made her mommy and grandma Mother's Day cards with a couple of my lawn fan sets with dies! 😍

  438. My senior dog had a great check-up, and it made my smile smile smile! He's had a lot of health issues in the past year, so to have him happy and healthy is the bestest news!
