Chari is back with another beautiful card with an inspirational custom sentiment! It features her favorite Autumn set, can you guess what it might be? You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Chari started this lovely card by ink blending a wonderful, warm Autumn sky! She gave the backdrop lots of texture with water splatters and flicks of gold metallic watercolor!

Did you guess that Chari’s favorite Autumn set is Happy Harvest? She adds the cutest details to the scarecrow!

I love how she combined two alpha sets to stamp the custom quote. She used Riley’s ABCs in all caps and lower case Smitty’s ABCs for fun variety. Chari likes to use a black pigment ink with clear embossing powder to achieve a shiny embossed look.

Here’s a tip to get the same look if you don’t have black pigment ink: ink up your clean stamp first with clear embossing ink, then before stamping, ink it with black dye ink and stamp on your project. The clear embossing ink will keep your stamping sticky long enough to add your embossing powder and heat it up!

A Fun Let’s Go Nuts Pop-Up Card by Renata

Renata joins us today to share a sweet thank you card with a fun inside shadow box design!

Renata created a beautiful tunnel shadow box card featuring our cute Let’s Go Nuts squirrels! This photo shows the card front and the inside tunnel pop-up before she assembled the card!

For the front of her card, Renata did some ink-blending and used the Meadow Backdrop: Portrait for the grassy hills and Meadow Backdrop: Landscape for the cute tree stump!

She used Outside In Stitched Circle Stackables to create the two layers for the tunnel shadow box. To fill in this scene, Renata also added leaves from Jump for Joy!

For the sweet sentiment, Renata white-embossed a greeting from Thanks, Thanks, Thanks and used the coordinating die to cut it out. Then she added another white embossed sentiment!

A Beautiful Thanksgiving Card by Jenn + Fawny Holiday Week Winners

We have our winner announcement below but first we want to share a beautiful design by Jenn! It’s the perfect card to convey how thankful you are for a special friendship!

To create this Autumn design, Jenn started by ink blending with Distress Oxide ink in Vintage Photo, Spiced Marmalade and Fossilized Amber. Then added the pretty detail using Stitched Windy Backdrop!

She stamped, and colored with Copic markers, images from Jump for Joy, Holiday Party Animal and Pick of the Patch. When they were die cut, she assembled the cheerful scene on a strip of Woodgrain cardstock!

The sentiment was stamped with Doe and Black Licorice ink on a kraft Everyday Sentiment Banner!
