Chari has another creative card tutorial for you today! This time she makes a graduation themed interactive Platform Pop-Up! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching! Now let’s check out more Design Team inspiration!

Chari‘s Platform Pop-Up graduation card is so adorable! She used the Platform Pop-Up Cloud Inserts as a backdrop for the Simply Celebrate Graduation mice. She also included the brick wall from Simply Celebrate Hangouts along with cuteness from Little Woodland Library and Little Woodland Library Friends!

I love how she stamped the greetings and smiles on the clouds; it’s such a whimsical detail! And she also added some sunshine from Spring Showers!

Chari also did some stenciling, adding a Grassy border to the platform. And using the Simply Celebrate Hangouts Coloring Stencils to add color and detail to the brick wall.

Audrey‘s interactive card could not be cuter! The adorable little insects from Simply Celebrate More Critters look right at home on the fence from Simply Celebrate Hangouts! And I love how Audrey filled the speech bubbles with tiny clay hearts, they are so cute with the little sentiment from Simply Celebrate More Critters Add-On!

Audrey used the pretty tree from Apple-solutely Awesome and Simple Puffy Clouds as the background for the little bugs! It looks so great when it’s pulled up revealing a gift card below.

Megan‘s Pull ‘n Slide Surprise is so adorable! She created a Little Woodland Library scene with some Little Woodland Library Friends to be revealed when the slider is pulled up. And there are cute puffy clouds from Yay Kites adding to the charming scene!

Megan included a little instruction to “pull here” from the Push Here stamp set.

Elena combined the Backyard Bird Feeder branches with the cute critters of Little Woodland Library and Little Woodland Library Friends. She added Stratus Clouds to the background before framing this adorable scene with a Stitched Rectangle Frame.

And then the interactive magic happens inside with Swivel Surprise! Elena continued the scene from the outside as it swivels into place!

Latisha used pretty papers from Stripes ‘n Sprinkles and Spiffier Speckles to make a sweet and simple Pull ‘n Slide Surprise card.

The Little Woodland Library Friends add so much cuteness, especially with the whimsical colors that Latisha chose for them!

Grace made a super clever Father’s Day card with the glasses from Woodland Critter Huggers Graduation Add-On! She used Magic Color Slider to change the color behind the Finley’s ABCs “cool” cut out. And there is also a fun effect with the glasses!

When you pull the slider, the cool color changes to warm and the glasses get a fun Holographic makeover! So cool! Be sure to check out the original Intro to Magic Color Slider to learn how to use this fun interactive Lawn Cuts set, click HERE.

Marine created a bubbly cute Pull ‘n Slide Surprise to welcome a new little one! She started with the Loads of Fun washing machine, combining it with Little Bundle, Bubbles of Joy and a Brick Stencil background.

With a new baby comes more laundry! Marine hid two laundry baskets filled with baby things including “stuffies” from Fly High under the slider, so cute!

The sentiment from Simply Celebrate Graduation is white embossed on a Raspberry Everyday Sentiment Banner.

I’m partial to the reveal wheel, and I want to try the swivel surprise!

  2. I’ve only made a couple of shaker cards and one slider card… but I love seeing all the amazing platform pop up designs. I would LOVE to make them one day.

  3. I love the platform pop up and Lawnfawn dies are the best! They make it so easy to create interactive cards!

  4. Oh, boy, that’s a tough one! There’s so many great ones. I love the reveal wheel because there’s so many add-ons. But I think my very favorite is the platform pop up. It’s so easy to put together and so impressive.

  5. So hard to pick one, but recently it’s been the pop up and swivel surprise. Absolutely love all the beautiful creations from the DT!

  6. My favorite interactive card is fairly easy to make on my end & gives a big surprise on their end. I need to practice making Spinner cards more

  7. I love the platform pop up – it’s so impressive to receive – BUT I just ordered the pull & slide surprise and I hope that one wins, have to try it and see!

  8. It’s hard to pick because your interactive dies are so easy to use and I have several. I like the tada diorama, pop-up platform, and the pull & slide.

  9. I love all of my LF interactive dies b/c they are so easy to use and they result in a wow factor. My favorite is the pop up platform.

  10. Can i pick three?! I love the platform pop-up, reveal wheel & pull & slide surprise. (That was the hardest question this week!)

  11. I love my platform popup die for interactive cards, but I don’t use it enough. Thanks for some new ideas.

  12. I’ve only used it once, but the card I made with the Flippin Awesome die is my all-time favorite. My most used interactive dies are probably the Platform Pop-up and Reveal Wheel. I have a number of other Interactive dies I haven’t played with yet.I love when you include interactive cards as part of the Create With Us sessions as it gets me to use these dies. Thanks for another amazing Inspiration Week.

  13. Oh my goodness, these example projects are all so, soooo cute! I especially love Marine’s “Loads of fun” card with the adorable little mouse blowing bubbles. What a fun design!

re my favorite type of interactive card is one that holds a gift card. I occasionally make cards that have an extra envelope on the front to hold the gift card, and I’ve also made cards using a die that was specifically designed to make gift card holders.

  14. I LOVE interactive cards and don’t know that I have a favorite, but the one I probably tend to make the most is the platform pop-up.

  15. I love interactive cards but they intimidate me. My favorite is probably the Reveal Wheel and all of its add ons.

  16. I love the platform pop up, because it’s a big wow and really not that complicated. I have several other (new and unused) interactive Lawn Fawn dies that I really need to use because I love interactive cards!

  17. I’ve only recently purchased the reveal wheel and various add ons, so I’m definitely having a blast with those kind of interactive cards lately! Thanks for the amazing inspiration all week long!

  18. My go to interactive card is the platform pop up, but I love what the design team does with the pull and slide

  19. I LOVE the Reveal Wheel, but I think the Pull ‘n Slide Surprise will be my new favorite! Haven’t had the time to play with it yet 🙁

  20. My favorite is the platform pop up! I love making them! But I really do like the new one too!

  21. All the interactive cards are so fun and I love the ingenuity behind the clever mechanics. I think my favorite is the Pop-Up Platform, and one I use the most is the Reveal Wheel! Thanks for always surprising us, Lawn Fawn!

  22. I like very simple interactive cards! LOL I usually just do a shaker card or a pull tab style. 🙂

  23. Love my Platform Pop Up die..so fun to make those cards !!!! (Reminds me of my little girl days playing with paper dolls} The Pull and Slide die looks like will be in the next purchase!!! Thanks for all the great creations!!!

  24. Platform pop up is probably my favorite, but I’m loving the new die, made 6 cards this week with it!

  25. I love them all but the swivel surprise is my favorite with the pivot pop up as a close second! 😊

  26. My favorite interactive card is magic iris (and I love calling it a flux capacitor LOL)

  27. My favorite is the ta da diarama. I never made diaramas as a kid so fun to get to make them as an adult and in such a cute fashion.

  28. I use the life the flap quite a bit. Usually I go for simple and add a wobbler which excites the recipient.

  29. I still love the pivot pop up the best, but all the interactive cards are amazing!!! Don’t know how you keep coming up with all these amazing interactive card ideas!

  30. The Reveal Wheel is my favorite!! Always something fun! Love the inspiration and I definitely see some more fun interactive dies I need to add to my stash!

  31. My favorite interactive card up to now has been the platform popup but now the pull n’ slide card might just become my favorite

  32. Shadow box is probably my favorite. But honestly I need to give a lot of them a try because I watch the videos I get the things, I organize the things, but don’t always use all the things 😬😆

  33. I really love the platform pop up. It adds dimension and makes displaying the “card” much easier
