Mindy stenciled the Snowflakes Stencil with white Stencil Paste on a Kiddie Pool inked panel. Then she inked another panel in red with Brick Stencil and stamped Over the Mountain Border to layer together creating the frosty background.

And then she arranged the Cozy Cats and the cute sayings in the scene. Finally, she added a festive touch with Christmas Garland!
