Melissa M.‘s layout is so sweet! She used Perfect Tears to create those awesome borders with Pink Lemonade papers. I just love it, and it is a great way to use scraps, too!

I purchased these tools years ago off of QVC when I scrapbooked. They really do work great and so easy to mat photos. They are worth every penney.

I just love pet inspired projects. The doggy layout is adorable.
How did you make those ink or paint spots? Do they really dry?
She used mists for the smaller dots, and the larger shiny dots are actually stickers!
