Mayra’s Tropical Capybaras! Birthday Card

The Capybaras! are celebrating a “capy birthday” in Mayra‘s fun tropical scene!


Mayra created the cutest scene for the capybaras by combining Stitched Pond, Stitched Pond Frame and Tropical Leaves Background Stencils. She filled the scene with more tropical leaves and butterflies from Toucan Do It. Then she created a frame using Large Stitched Rounded Rectangle Stackables.


Next, she paired the Capybaras! with Pool Party creating a happy scene! The cute little critter in the pool float is such a happy addition. And the Cake It Easy cake on a little log from Joy to the Woods is another sweet detail. Mayra included a fun greeting that combines Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and a Capybaras! sentiment!

Renata’s Relaxing Summer Day at the Beach with the Capybaras!

It looks like the Capybaras are enjoying a relaxing day on their own little island! Renata‘s summery card is so adorable!


To create the background, Renata combined Stitched Wavy Backdrop: Portrait with Platform Pop-Up Palm Tree Inserts. She inked the backdrop with Distress Oxide ink in Salvaged Patina, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch before tucking the palm tree “island” into the waves.


Next, she stamped and colored with alcohol markers all the cute images from Capybaras!, On the Beach and Pool Party then she arranged them in the cutest scene! She added the perfect sentiment from On the Beach, white embossed on a black Simple Wavy Banner.

Lawn Fawn Video {7.22.25} Mindy’s Underwater Pull ‘n Slide Surprise Scene

Mindy is with us today to inspire you with an underwater scene on a Pull ‘n Slide Surprise interactive card! She featured the new Shello, Friend critters with a hidden treasure! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Mindy created a background by inking the Pull ‘n Slide Surprise pieces and an additional panel for the card front with Lawn Fawn ink in Merman and Forget-Me-Not. Then she used the Ocean Wave Stencils to add a subtle pattern as well.

And next, she colored the Stitched Seashells and underwater plants from Platform Pop-Up Wave Wrap Around with more Lawn Fawn ink before arranging them on the card.


I love the hidden treasure from Ahoy Matey with the coordinating sentiment! Mindy also included the cute shrimp and fish from Shello, Friend and a rock from Mermaid for You.
