Joyce cut the Stitched Bookmark from Mermaid cardstock and cut another one from Cilantro cardstock to cut with the Grassy Border. She inked the grass with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink and then used Broken China Distress ink to stencil the Birch Trees.

Then she stamped colored and cut out the adorable images from Little Woodland Library. She also used a speech bubble from All the Speech Bubbles to add the perfect sentiment

.

The stenciled Birch Trees in the background look so cool and create a fun and whimsical woodland scene. As a final touch, Joyce tied on Denim Blue Hemp Twine.

First Saturday with Megan {9.7.24} Thank You Card Inspired by Charlotte’s Web

Welcome to another First Saturday with Megan inspiration post! Today she featured Sweet Spiders in a thoughtful thank you card inspired by Charlotte’s Web! So cute!

To create her clever greeting, Megan white embossed the spiderweb from Sweet Spiders on a white cardstock panel. She left some parts of the web not inked to fill with the “many thanks” message from Happy Harvest. After heat setting the web and message, she inked the panel with Black Soot Distress Oxide ink allowing the embossed images to appear.

Next, she assembled the card front, layering the embossed and inked panel behind a Secret Garden Window cut from Falling Leaves petite paper. She prepared cut two layers of Grassy Border and the Picket Fence Border creating a cute barnyard look to her design.

And then, she assembled all the cute images from Sweet Spiders, Simply Celebrate More Critters, Elephant Parade and Veggie Happy. Megan added a final cute finishing touch with a sweet message and speech bubble from All the Speech Bubbles.

Thank you so much for sharing this adorable inspiration, Megan!
