Lawn Fawn Video {7.22.25} Mindy’s Underwater Pull ‘n Slide Surprise Scene

Mindy is with us today to inspire you with an underwater scene on a Pull ‘n Slide Surprise interactive card! She featured the new Shello, Friend critters with a hidden treasure! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Mindy created a background by inking the Pull ‘n Slide Surprise pieces and an additional panel for the card front with Lawn Fawn ink in Merman and Forget-Me-Not. Then she used the Ocean Wave Stencils to add a subtle pattern as well.

And next, she colored the Stitched Seashells and underwater plants from Platform Pop-Up Wave Wrap Around with more Lawn Fawn ink before arranging them on the card.


I love the hidden treasure from Ahoy Matey with the coordinating sentiment! Mindy also included the cute shrimp and fish from Shello, Friend and a rock from Mermaid for You.

Jessica created a bunch of festive Cake It Easy cards with the same the design to have on hand for birthdays! It’s a super fun design and so easy for making multiples.


Starting with the background, Jessica layered a Radiant Heart Backdrop in Black Licorice cardstock over a panel of Gleeful Gradients paper. Then she cut a Stitched Rounded Rectangle and Scripty Happy from the same color paper.


She layered Scripty Happy on a Scripty Happy Outline Add-On in Holographic cardstock and added a phrase from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Birthday on the rounded rectangle panel.


Finally, she put it all together with a cute Cake It Easy birthday cake!

Franci is so good at creating clean and simple designs that are so amazing! Today she works her magic with the Capybaras!


Franci stamped all the capybaras and fruit, then she used the Capybaras Coloring Stencils to fill them with color.


Then she stamped the pond from Swan Soirée in Minty Fresh ink for the cute critters to gather around. She also stamped the punny sayings, hearts and music notes in Sunflower, Cilantro and Carrot ink. And to finish the card, she stamped the sentiment in Artichoke ink.
