A Frosty Family Friendship Card with Jenn

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Today Jenn joins us to share a sweet and wintry friendship card featuring our Frosty Family!

Jenn made a shaker card for extra fun using Stitched Snowflake Backdrop, Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames and pretty confetti! She used Distress Watercolor Pencils on Distress Watercolor Cardstock to add frosty color to the background.

Then she added a thoughtful greeting using Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Love, stamped on a Stitched Sentiment Banner. And of course, Jenn had to add some sparkle with Prisma and Chunky Glitter and Silver Sparkle hearts!

I love the pale pastel colors on the snowmen and their hats, scarf and twig arms. Here Jenn shares the Copic colors she used.

Jenn has two new online cardmaking classes coming in the new year! It’s the perfect time to treat yourself! The Frosty Greetings and Panda-stic self-paced classes will be available in January! Click HERE for all the details and to register for these inspiring new classes!

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful creativity with us today, Jenn!

Mayra’s Winter Scene Shaker Card

Mayra‘s winter scene is so much fun with lots of cute critters and a pair of shakers!

Before filling her card with cuteness, Mayra set the stage with a Stitched Snowflake Backdrop and Stitched Hillside Borders. She layered it on a Scalloped Rectangle, then she added a border with Stitched Rectangle Frames.

Next, she stamped and colored images from Frosty Family, Ugly and Bright, Germ-free Bear, Treat Cart, Treat Cart Add-On: Coffee, and Say What Holiday Critters. She arranged them in the snow with trees from Merry Mice!

Then she created the fun shaker elements. She used an Outside In Stitched Circle to make a tiny window in the snowman. And she used a snowflake from Winter Tiny Tags to highlight the Little Snow Globe Add-On greeting at the top.

She finished her card with pine boughs, holly and pinecones from Winter Birds and a sentiment from Mice on Ice.

I love this bright, whimsical scene, Mayra! Thank you so much for sharing with us today!

Lawn Fawn Video {11.21.24} Marine’s Cheery Monochromatic Shaker Card

Marine is back to dazzle us with another super fun card design! She shows us how to create a monochromatic shaker card with the whole Frosty Family! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Marine combined papers from Candy Cane Lane and Stripes ‘n Sprinkles to create the shaker window for her fun holiday design! She cut the green striped paper with Stitched Rectangle Frames, then layered a panel of acetate behind.

Next, she used shades of green and aqua to color all the Frosty Family and Frosty Family Add-On images, keeping to her monochromatic scheme. She also included images from Winter Birds and All the Speech Bubbles. I just love the clever detail of the snow on the speech bubbles.

And speaking of clever uses of snow, Marine added snow to the Giant Merry Christmas greeting! She cut an additional greeting from Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock. Then after trimming the top of the of each word with Stitched Simple Wavy Borders she added “snow” to the greeting.

Thank you for sharing this super cute and clever card with us, Marine!
